Cartagena is 10 minuutjes rijden, de plaats zelf heet La Palma (voer La Palma in in je navi). Pizzaria - Donnerzaak in het straatje zelf. Vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel in het hotel. Bij mooi weer kun je lekker zitten op het binnenpplaatsje. Auto kun je prima parkeren in de straat zelf."

"Very nice facility located next to archaeology dig for the forum from Roman times. The lady didn’t speak enough English to reserve my car parking that I asked about twice. She tried to blame it on Expedia but is a crappy liar. However overall this was a great facility within easy walking of everything to see in Cartagena. It is easier to find on foot, gps was off."

" This has been our 3rd stay at the hotel Lido. Personally my partner and myself Love it there for its convenience to the beach, restaurants and shops ect.. However it should be stressed to new visitors that the Lido like most hotels in the area is a 2 star hotel so don't expect 4 star decor also people new to the area should appreciate this is a working coastal town so don't expect the canary island experience. In saying this for those looking for a Spanish experience and a Lovely beach holiday...

"We stayed in this hotel in may 2018 and a review of that visit would have been extremely good. Our return was not so good because there was a change of restaurant staff with dropped standards The previous staff were always cheerful and had enough English (serving all nationalities) to make eating there very pleasant. This visit was not so good. We basically avoided eating there because the atmosphere was not the same.. We were also told there was no key for the room safe meaning we had to carry...

"The staff at the front desk was very helpful; let me pay the following day after I had gone to a bank (hotel does not take credit cards) and ordered me a taxi for an early morning departure. "Staff very pleasant and helpful. Room very comfortable, plenty of room if 4 sleeping. The only problem is that there appeared to be come maintenance required to upkeep the hotel/apartment block, broken paving stones, etc., possible trip hazard. But overall good value for money."
