Though the rooms were kept clean and warm the general repair was poor, there was problems with the shower not working and electric failing. Also the English skills of the team were not ideal, which is not a direct criticism but the problems in stay were all made worse by the lack of ability to explain the problems properly (my pidgin Spanish could not cut the complexity). "This is a very cute, quaint hotel in Sispony. Absolutely beautiful views, but it is a little inconvenient to get to La Vella. There is a nearby bus stop, but it seemed very irregular, so taxis were the way to go. However, a very cute property in all! "

"Beautiful location for a rural hotel. Our room was very big and had a gorgeous view from a wall of windows, looking out at the snow capped mountains with horses grazing near the hotel. Very tranquil. Good breakfast and nice hosts. "

"Previous online reviews I read were not so good, but completely unfounded. We found it to be a charming little hotel. Front of house and reception staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Room very small but for the price we paid was perfectly good. Very clean, quiet, comfortable bed. Great shower. Many thanks. Will come again "

"Very cluttered and dusty. Have allergies so a nightmare. No hot water despite asking twice. Towels old and frayed and asked for replacement. Such a shame as was supposed to be a treat after working on campsite for 7 months but no hot bath and beds squashed against the wall. Regret the money spent on a treat that actually wasn’t. The food in the restaurant was very good."

"Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. If you pay there is no esy to pay unless you alrrady have a paid phone or internet. No front desk. Before you leva you must clean the whole apartment and fold and pit away the...

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."
