The hotel lobby and breakfast are beyond perfect!! However, the room is where I had the issues. The queen beds I paid for were only full-size beds and they will not tell you this. This made our sleeping arrangements uncomfortable. Sticky stuff on the carpet by the bed, water pools in the tub when the shower is on and drains slow with black speckles in the water. Our refrigerator was leaking. Maintenance came and drained it, but the old water stunk our room up all night. When I went to front desk for cleaning spray to get it up, was told he didn't have any cleaning spray.
