"Wonderful stay. Spacious rooms. Great location, walkable to the beach and State St for those that enjoy walking. Shower water temperature had issues but was fixed right away. Pool was nice. The lobby always had ice water and lemonade. Breakfast was lovely and so was the afternoon cheese and wine. Definitely recommend and would return."

"The house, the location, and the hosts are exemplary, and all make for a wonderful stay.The house itself is clean, bright and airy, with numerous amenities, a lovely garden and patio area, as well as whimsical touches such as a colorful welcome sign in the kitchen for guests. The pantry and fridge have tons of spices and condiments so you're not required to buy a lot of things you might otherwise need to just to prepare a simple meal. And the kitchen has every utensil, pot and dish you might desire. Kelly and Paul are exemplary hosts—thoughtful, responsive, and helpful—and quick to respond to requests. For example, we found the barbecue low on propane and asked if they could restock it the next day, but instead they showed up 20 minutes later with more fuel. The location, just a block or two from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, is really convenient and the neighborhood is quiet. Meanwhile, the house is stocked with lots of items to enjoy a day at the beach, from surf and boogie boards to wagons to haul stuff around.We really enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this property."
Charming 3-bedroom house with AC, WiFi on the Mesa!

"We stayed in the house for 2 nights to attend a wedding at the nearby Eling Park. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for easy walks to access the sandy shores and ocean of Ledbetter Beach. There was an ironing board, iron and steamer which were all helpful in getting our wedding outfits ready. We were also appreciative that there were 2 well stocked bathrooms and plenty of towels. The property has many fruit trees and a tropical feeling to it. Although we didn't have young children with us, the house is equipped with high chair, portable crib, and bunk beds that are low to the ground making it a nice place for families with young children. There is a beautiful grape vine growing on a trellis in the back yard which unfortunately results in some messy grapes on the ground. The backyard would have been more impressive with a cleanup before we arrived, but this was minor in the scope of things. We were grateful to have a warm jacuzzi and a cozy home for the beautiful weekend together."

"We so enjoyed our stay! The house was so clean and comfortable. The back deck was private and the hot tub in the evening was really fun. We loved waking up to the beautiful view of the ocean from the picture windows in the living room! The master bathroom is exquisite and so luxurious! We would absolutely stay here again! The hostess was most helpful and communicated quickly."

"My family and I (husband, two teenage girls and our little Cavapoo dog) just returned from a two week stay at this property and the house exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect size for our family of 5, with my girls sharing the large California King in the second bedroom, but using the third bedroom office when they needed some alone time or wanted to watch tv. The location of the home couldn't be better! To wake up every morning not just to unobstructed views of the ocean, but to take our dog on a walk through Shoreline Park, where everyone is so friendly and loves to stop and chat about their fur babies. We went to local farmers markets and cooked many nights on the beautiful front porch overlooking the ocean. We walked to the fish market and came home to make fish tacos on the grill. Our little dog loved the enclosed front yard and hung outside all day basking in the sun. We went kayaking at the pier, took a surf lesson in Mondos Beach, did yoga on the beach, hit some local gyms in the area and did a ton of walking (including to our favorite smoothie place, Blenders!). At one time, we had trouble starting the grill and all it took was a text message and someone was there to check on it within the hour. Before we left for this trip, both my husband and teenagers complained that two weeks was too long for this vacay. However, when it was time to go, everyone felt a little sad to be leaving such a special place!"
