Recommend for Family stay
Less than 1/4 mile from Arc de Triomphe de l’Etoile. There are many restaurants and close to the Champs-Elysées. Metro stop by Arc on Hotel’s street and an easy down hill walk (use the proper exit). Had 2nd floor corner room with 4 people. Room had 2 wall ac units (with remote compressors) that were inadequate for the 35 (85+ F) degree daytime heat. The AC units turned off when the room key was removed from the wall. The room had sufficient windows with a nice breeze that when it cooled down at night the room got cool. Staff was helpful in providing directions and recommendations on where to eat. They also recommended tours and arranging them. Most (especially daytime) front desk staff spoke and understood English.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Top tourist venues attract scammers. Some toss items of value (ring, etc.) near you, present it to you as if you "lost" it then try to get a "finders" fee. Careful, they work in pairs (or more) and will attempt to pickpocket. Many metro entrances and exits. Exits will get you close to your desired location, entrances are sometimes difficult to find. Watch out with luggage and "helpful" people who don’t understand you want the luggage to stay with you and not them.

Great Location
The hotel was in a great location, very clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. As a family room, for two adults, one teenager and one younger child, it was very spacious.

The location of the hotel was perfect for walking to local attractions with a metro station just up the road for getting to others.Between the Place de Charles de Gaulle and the hotel is a self-servic restaurant, which has very good foodand can be a considerable saving for a family.

Great Paris hotel
Great place. Convenient to the Arch de Triumph and Metro. Great view from the room. Nice sized room. People were great. Spoke perfect English making is very easy for us. Only issue was that the pull out bed did not close.
