Our stay at Timber Ridge Waterpark, Grand Geneva Resort, from May 16th to May 19th, was truly exceptional. From the moment we checked in, the staff was incredibly considerate and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. A special shout-out to Amber at Moose & Maple, we were so lucky to get her as our waitress 2 days in a row and Jeremy, who both made my sister's 50th birthday unforgettable. They not only acknowledged her milestone birthday but also treated her to a celebratory drink and a complimentary appetizer. Their kindness and attention to detail made our stay even more special. The resort and all the amenities it had to offer on 1300 acres itself was fantastic, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. We highly recommend Timber Ridge Waterpark for a memorable and enjoyable getaway. Thank you, Grand Geneva Resort, for making our visit so wonderful!
