Yes everything was very clean,and the staff very friendly and helpful, front desk personnel did great everytime I asked, they had a massage therapist who did a great job,my body really needed, she's amazing, breakfast was great also ,the restaurant is great also, breakfast was very good .

Staff, all around, was very helpful and friendly. The pool was closed the first few days of our stay but we made up for it once it was cleaned. My husband spent a lot of time by the pool reading. More reclining chairs would be nice. The one they had was torn. The garden around the pool area was excellent. Very pretty.

The entire staff made sure that during our staying (21 days) we felt comfortable. This place has a lush beautiful garden that seems like an oasis in middle of nearby busy adjacent streets. I’ll definitely stay at Novo Hotel in my next visit to El Salvador!

The wrong was clean and the staff was courteous the only issue I had was I was never able to connect to the Netflix so forced to look at YouTube movies I wasn't happy about that at all the staff was aware of the issue but it was never resolved

The room was not clean. I noticed roaches in both the kitchen and bathroom areas. The shower head was positioned too close to the wall, and the balcony door did not open. However, the pool view from the windows was beautiful.
