4 star hotel, 3 star service
The hotel itself is very nice. Comfortable and clean although located next to a busy street. It's just a short walk to the town centre so it lies in a central location. The problem was with the parking. I was told on check-in that I could park in the hotel parking if I'm a hotel resident. Both the security guard and the check-in assistant did not inform me that it is paid parking. She stamped my car parking ticket on check-in and said that was it. However, on check-out, another receptionist told me I'd have to pay 50 zloty. At no time was I informed of this before check-out. Likewise payment was needed if you use the relax zone, spa, etc. I didn't use this but didn't think it was great that these amenities cost extra for hotel guests. Breakfast was good with a large selection but no eggs. I was the first one there in the morning and asked if there are not any eggs and was told that they put them out when more people are present later in the morning not at the start. However the kitchen staff were kind enough to go get them for me. Overall it is a 4 star but with really 3 star sevice.

My stay was very much disappointed, because it only shows that there’s lack of diversity when it comes on accommodation, ethnicity and service (the tv only shows polish language). The bathroom only comes with shampoo (no conditioner). Let’s also upgrade the tv to where the hotel WiFi can be utilize on the tv to give guest more options

Amazing hotel
Beautiful hotel with a great restaurant. My experience during dinner here was so pleasant because everyone in this hotel was so polite and friendly and this made me really happy. The guy who served me in the restaurant was so professional and careful and I could see that he did his best just to please me and I'm really thankful for that. The food was good, but the sweet Pierogi were a bit old and they felt a bit sourly, so they were not good but the rest of the food was amazing. Breakfast was also absolutely delicious. They also have a nice gym in the hotel and a nice spa area with jacuzzi and sauna and steam room.

Home away from home while working
An amazing hotel in the perfect location to wander around the city. The front desk staff is amazing and extremely helpful with any requests. The breakfast buffet was incredible only to be out done by the wait staff. The restaurant serves delicious food and there is always a happy smile waiting for you. The spa, get a massage and relax in the saunas or jacuzzi. This is the place to stay at.

Perfect hotel service
All the The staff are very cooperative and helped me with my lost bag , very clean hotel , room was very nice modern and wide ,bathroom very nice one, breakfast is very delicious and contains everything you desire. Don’t forget to use the SPA it is free and nice one, also it just 7-10 minutes easy walk to fox mall , i highly recommend this hotel

Great stay
The hotel was absolutely perfect for what was required. Travelled on a business and the rooms were at a standard expected from a top level hotel. Everywhere was spotless, the room was huge, and the staff were all super helpful. The staff in the bar area were always on hand and the service was top notch. I didn't have an evening meal but the breakfast buffet was lovely and plentiful. For my evening meals I walked in to the town centre which is only 400m away, so location was perfect. My only criticism was the lack of milk in the room for a proper cup of tea, but that's more of a Poland thing than the hotel so it doesn't affect the quality of my stay. 10/10!

Such a great place to stay. I forgot something in my room after I checked out and they secured it for me and gave it back! Amazing service. My friend broke his belt and the concierge went out of his way to fix it for him

Always a good stay
Excellent service as usual, I booked a double but was allocated a twin and they changed the room immediately (however do note that from the times I have stayed double beds are just singles pushed together). The restaurant serves reasonably priced good food with a good drinks selection and there are plenty of options for breakfast, although have never been a fan of the coffee but this is a personal preference. Good wifi and easy to connect, specious rooms and always very clean. Have never tried the spa area but have been told it is worth a visit! Definitely one of the best hotels in Zielona Góra. Request a room that doesn't face the main road if possible.
