The room was nice and clean. It was in a pretty convenient location—a 3-minute tram ride or a 12-minute walk to the town center. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was delicious. Good value for the price.

The courtyard around the property looks a bit run down, but everything else was excellent - the room, the public areas, the cleanliness, the fantastic breakfast, easy walk to the bus stop for the airport bus, walking distance to the city centre - and all that at a very affordable price. Thank you!

Friendly staff. Bathroom could be better. Not much space and it was difficult to shower because shower head when hanged kept pointing to the wall.

It is a nice B&B tucked away in internal court. We arrived at about 20:30, self checked in. The room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Stayed for one night.

I absolutely loved this B&B. The breakfast room -- which you can use later in the day if you have to work like I did -- is beautiful. The rooms are incredibly clean. But the best of all is the staff. Iris and Alina really went above and beyond to help me sort out travel plans and make reservations. They are what made my stay in Zagreb so special.

Casa Blanca is a gem! Rooms are lovely and the breakfast offering is very complete. Quiet and clean - short walk to main attractions. Staff is very solicitous. Guest guidelines are clear and good practice to ensure property remains clean and tidy. Absolutely recommend.

Enjoyed their excellent breakfast in a lovely sunroom and the staff were always efficient, pleasant and very helpful indeed. The rooms are for the most part soundproof, always a great bonus, and kept very clean. Location is a bit away from the center of the tourist area but very walkable or, a quick ride by tram to the sights. There's an excellent cafe/bar (Verde) on the next major street that runs parallel to Vlaska and Vagabond restaurant, almost next door, is almost always open and provides basic but very good food. A very pleasant place to park your hat.

The staff answered your questions, the place was clean, breakfast was a nice touch. The outside signs to the hotel needs improvement, our remote control, did not work, but most important our AC did not work and it was hot and unbearable to sleep. We tried to go downstairs for help but no one was around ( 830-9 pm).. I highly suggest paying a few dollars more and staying somewhere else.

Breakfast was good and hotel was about a 20 minute walk to the Center square. We booked on Expedia and didn’t know we needed to make a parking reservation. Parking is very limited and quite a small area. Very tiny room, shower was very small, bed was low to the floor. We would not stay here again.

Dear mr. Sullivan, We don't offer parking on Expedia.com, it isn't available on site. When you arrived we provided you with our private parking spot and you were not satisfied with that spot, so on your own you switched to another spot that also wasn't good enough. We recommended that you use a garage which is 5 minutes walking away from us, and parking in garage is 4 euros for a daily ticket, but you didn't want to use the garage either. As for the room and bathroom, you can check the size of our rooms online when you make a reservation, in addition we do have a lot of photos on our Expedia page. We are sorry that we didn't satisfy your needs, but everything we advertise about our property is true, we don't do false advertising and we don't support it either. We loved staying in this beautiful B&B. It's very much like home with lovely furniture, a comfortable lounge and a very attractive breakfast dining area. The food was great and the staff were wonderful, giving us very good tips about Zagreb including the free walking tour of the city.

All staff members I met were amusing. They were so helpful providing information on the property and how to get around. Breakfast is good with cooked dish and some choices of bread, cereals, cheese and cold cuts. The property is just a few tram stops from the main bus station or main square, relatively quiet and I like it a lot. Will definitely come back if I visit Zagreb again.

It's a beautiful location, and looks exactly like the photos. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The location is within easy walking distance to the old city, or an easy tram ride. It is suitable for single travelers and very safe.

Beautifully designed, central location
Casa Blanca was an amazing space! We walked from the bus station and found it quite easily (it is about 8 blocks from the bus station). We were greeted promptly by a very nice woman who explained where and when breakfast would be served, how to use the key for inside and outside doors, and offered to provide information about Zagreb as needed. I only wish I had gotten her name! The other woman we dealt with was also super nice and easy to talk to you. It was largely due to their friendliness and professionalism that we had such a great experience in Zagreb. The B&B itself is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The common area includes a bar; the staff is available to make drinks or provide wine, beer or liqueurs (for a small fee). The bed was comfortable with quality linens; the bathroom and shower were clean and modern. Guest are encouraged to use the small kitchen and refrigerator if needed. The neighborhood was surprisingly quiet. The address is on a busy street, but the B&B is set back in a small courtyard, which eliminated any traffic noise. It is an easy 15-minute walk to the main square in Zagreb, and there are many shops and restaurants along the way. Would definitely recommend to travelers and would stay at the Case Blanca again if we return to Zagreb.

Hidden Gem
Hidden gem, Casablanca bed and breakfast is located in a courtyard where there is vehicle parking available. Rooms are fresh and clean, the whole interior has recently been refurbished. Has a nice garden courtyard to sit and relax with drinks. Breakfast both hot and cold was a bonus. 10 minute walk to the main square. Alina was very informative with information about the history and places to eat and the sights to see.

Fabulous place in the heart of Zagreb
This is truly one of best places we have stayed. The staff are great especially Helena how goes out of her way to make you are complete happy. The place is very clean and the beds are comfy. Breakfast is great. The location is 15-20 minute walk to the Central square. Before recommending any tours the staff go on them themselves so you know they will be good. Will return if we are ever in Zagreb again and will not hesitate to recommend to other travelers

From the moment we arrived, we were very happy. We were greeted in a very helpful manner and provided with details of the local tourist area, including a recommendation to go on a free walking tour, which was very good. Our room was very clean, warm and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. If anything ran out, it was replenished immediately. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the tourist center or you can get a tram from outside the hotel We could not have picked a better hotel for our 3 night stay.
