Great for a business trip (long or short) or a day excursion with the family. The hotel is basic, old, but clean. The room had a mini-kitchen, which I did not use (other than the sink), but everything appeared to work well. The staff are delightful and extremely helpful at every turn. The breakfast, for which we paid extra, was wonderful and substantial. The area immediately around the hotel is industrial, but surprisingly clean and seemed safe. The hotel is just a quick bus ride or approximately 20-minute walk from the main train station and city center, which has several important historical sites to see. If I were to visit Worms again, I would likely stay here.

I would definitely stay here again.
I forgot to tell them that I was arriving late. But they already had a process for after hours check in. I really appreciate it. The breakfast was fantastic to fuel a hike around all the historical sites. Pillow was much better than my personal one.

Great people!
Great hotel in Worms, about a 10 minute walk to the center of town. I arrived by bicycle and was able to store my bike in the garage. There's a nice breakfast included every morning. When my travel plans were torpedoed by the German train workers going on strike, the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful with finding alternative plans. Can't recommend this place enough!

Quite impressed with this hotel. The immediate area is not very interesting but it’s a short walk into the city. Good underground car park with lift access to all floors. Rooms were tidy and clean with enough amenities for an overnight stay. Staff very pleasant, good breakfast and good value overall.

Hotel Asgard
Had a delightful stay at the Asgard Hotel in Worms. The location was perfect and quiet. The staff was very helpful in finding sites around town.

The facility is decades old and unupdated, located in a business/industrial district south of the city center. Still, it is very clean and the staff helpful. The redeeming quality is the breakfast, which is a broad and rich buffet. :-)

Ich war schon das zweite mal da weil das Preis-, Leistungsverhältnis wirklich passt. Nur diesmal hatten wir ein Zimmer zur Kreuzung hin und das war wesentlich lauter als die Zimmer zur Rückseite. Aber ansonsten war alles sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal und ein gutes Frühstück.

Ein durchaus etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel am Rande der Wormser Innenstadt (ca 1 km). Die Zimmer sind vor einigen Jahren renoviert worden, daher in einem guten Zustand, auch wenn ein Duschvorhang sicher nicht mehr dem Zeitgeist entspricht. Im Keller, der Garage und den dortigen Gängen merkt man das Alter aber schon sehr. Das Frühstück ist inkludiert und für diese Preisklasse wirklich gut. Da die Rezeption nicht durchgehend besetzt ist, muss man abends die Türe zum Hotel mit einem Chip öffnen. Eine Klimaanlage gibt es nicht, im Sommer ein wirklicher Nachteil. Insgesamt bietet das Hotel ein faires Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Das Hotel macht einen guten Eindruck, ist aber doch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, dass Frühstücksangebot ist außergewöhnlich gut. Selten so ein umfangreiches Angebot in einem 3sternehotel erlebt. Hotel ist empfehlenswert.

Hotel offers no amenities and is pretty worn out. There is only breakfast and no restaurant. You have to walk into the center to find a place to eat. The room was very old and could use quite a refurbishment I would say. In my opinion it does not come as suitable for a business travel as a hotel you should chose. I disagree that the hotel is above average. More a bit under average. If you just need a place to sleep and nothing else it is ok. But then again the price should reflect that and it doesn’t.

Es war für uns ein großes Plus, dass wir das Auto in die Tiefgarage stellen konnten. Sauberkeit, Personal und Frühstück sowie das Zimmer waren in Ordnung. Uns hat nicht gefallen, dass im Zimmer keine Getränkebar war, die Ausstattung der Küche mehr als minimal war und an unserem letzten Abend die Rezeption ab ca. 16:30 Uhr nicht besetzt war und es somit keine Getränke gab. Wir haben Leitungswasser getrunken.
