“Really nice”
Very nice hotel with helpful staff. No problem bringing our dog ($25 surcharge) and even a biscuit at check-in. We stayed here twice and both times rooms were in different parts of the hotel but very nice. We enjoyed buffet in the morning (except for the uncontrolled children) - very nice selection. Overall great stay - would definitely recommend.
“If I ever go back to Marlborough, I'll stay at Embassy Suites.”
Fun place, slept like a rock. Very friendly, attentive staff.
“Travel with 4 children”
Overall the hotel was acceptable, but a bit pricey for the accommodation. The rooms were small - sink was outside of bathroom in the bedroom. Tub did not drain well. We asked for extra blankets and they were stiff (polyester from being burned in the dryer. Carpet was worn in spots and needs to be replaced. On the positive, the cook to order breakfast was very good and the hotel was quiet. My youngest son enjoyed the indoor pool. The location was fine and accessibility to the highways was good.
“great breakfast”
The breakfast was great, and kids like the indoor swimming pool. I am surprised they allow dogs in the room, which I don't like. They should have some declaration up front. The air conditioner was so noisy, and not so efficient during the late night. Maybe they turned it down to save money while you were sleeping. The room is old and need some face lifting. They charge you 10 bucks each day if you use internet, which I think not so wise. They can hid that fee into the price anyway.
“Very Nice”
I was very impressed with the hotel. They even had an outdoor fire pit with smores. Great place to stay.
“Great Hotel Stay”
4 of us stayed at the Embassy for a work event. I chose the hotel because I hate to stay at places that nickel and dime you for every little thing. Each room had a bedroom and a small living room which is really great as I am an early morning person and my partner liked to sleep in a bit. They had a full breakfast, which was included in the price. They even made pancakes and omelets. We could get coffee at any time of the day or night. They have a bar which was a great place to congregate in the evening. Internet access was an extra fee, but they did have a place to check email and print out our boarding passes. They had a complimentary exercise room, and a pool. It is a really nice place. We had to drive a few miles more to get to our meeting, but I think everyone was happy to do so !!
“Can't wait to go back”
This hotel was conveniently located, and a great place to stay. We were traveling with a 4 year old so the convenience of having the 2 rooms in the suite was great. The staff was friendly, and accomodating. And the cook to order breakfasts each morning were wonderful - the staff responsible for cooking these should be commendend. Add to this the evening manager's reception, the indoor pool, and the game room, and our stay was great. The only negative would be that the atrium noise travels upward, and can make things quite noisy since all the rooms face it open into it.
“Top class service”
We have recently returned from a family vacation to both Dallas and Marlborough and just wanted to say what fantastic service we received at the Embassy Suites. We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time. The kids loved the pool and my husband loved the cooked to order breakfast (especially the pancakes). Thanks to all the staff for making our stay so pleasurable. P.S. Don't bother visiting the Wendy's across the street, its shocking!
“Nice surprise”
Wonderful experience from start to finish. Check in was fast and easy, room was big, much more than I expected, clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel to any and everyone, and it finished with easy check-out and a full buffet breakfast.
“happy customer”
Perfect arrangement for a family of three. Excellent staff.
