after 10pm a man entered my room, he had a card. I informed the hotel staff, they treated me indifferently. I ordered a king bed and received a small single bed. it was noisy all night from the train.

The front desk staff was fantastic. Overall the rest staff were super helpful. Parking was simple and the location of the hotel with woods and the beach was great. It would be nice if the booking system allowed one to choose a city or woods/sea facing rooms.

This place consists of the main hotel area, and 2 connected structures, which are the rental apartments. This is not clearly described on the booking site. We stayed in the attached rental apartment due to poor description during booking. 1 tiny bedroom, small living room with a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. All facing a fairly busy street. Very basic, but ok. The bedroom does not have AC which was very disappointing for a 4* “hotel”. There is an AC unit in the living room just above the sofa bed, but no way for the cold air to get to the bedroom. We tried. It was +30C during our stay and the room was hot. Opening the window doesn’t do much, and makes it impossible to sleep due to the outside noise. We were offered a portable fan, which we never got (did not insist on it either). Beds are uncomfortable. Overall, the room gives a vibe of a roadside motel, rather than a comfy hotel room. With that said, the rest of this complex amenities are very nice. The rooftop area is excellent with the infinity pool, and the deck overlooking the see and the port. Breakfast was good. Superb dining at the hotel restaurant despite long wait. Pool/relaxation area was great. The view of the woods was amazing. Things to do for children. Very close to the public beach (overcrowded, and not recommended). No hotel cabanas/beds available to rent. We were expecting a slightly higher standard, and were hoping for a similar experience to the one we had at “Dom Zdrojowy” in Jastarnia.

TOO MANY CHILDREN - a modern hotel BUT room layout impractical with some strange design choices, lack of privacy when using bathroom, a lot of young children constantly making a nuisance of themselves, problems with access around communal areas, and local restaurants and services limited.

Overall the property is a high-end category, especially for that area. It's very modern with high end fixtures and furnishings; super clean (probably one of the cleanest places I've ever been to). The included breakfast was very good with incredible variety of choices; excellent coffee. The proximity and access to the beach was very convenient. Here are a few relatively minor areas which could be improved: - charging guests for parking is not right, especially as much as they do - the room / bathroom design of my room was very odd with a glass wall dividing the two sections; did the designers think that people really like to watch their companions use a toilet? Yes, I know there's a curtain but still it's awkward and if one draws the curtain the only way to open the bathroom is to swing the door inside and with the tiny size of the bathroom there's just not enough room for that. Overall the fixtures in the bathroom (especially the shower head and shower cabin) were excellent but the bathroom could've been a bit bigger because maneuvering there was a bit difficult and definitely the glass walls should be replaced with regular ones (or at least privacy glass). - there are plenty of amenities but their hours are rather limited - they should be open until at least 11pm or midnight instead of 9pm; I'd rather be outside / on the beach during the day and would gladly go to sauna / pool, etc. in the evening. - and finally - the music in the dining hall was a bit annoying

Great place to have fun at the Batic Sea. Amazing food in the N12 restaurant, great pool and sauna. Rooms are super clean and staff is super helpful and always available to help. Will get back there for sure in the future.

This hotel is a great spot for access to the area. It is VERY family centric. So think less spa resort and more family hotel. Not the hotels fault but other than the spa area very little of the rest of the hotel did not have kids running around and was peaceful.

Alles im großen und ganzen war es ein schöner Kurzurlaub in Polen.Die Lage des Hotels ist super zum Strand 100m und zur Bars,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca 500m.Das Hotel ist sehr modern eingerichtet und macht einen sehr guten Eindruck. Allerdings Die Parkmöglichkeiten die waren so mhh. Das Parken auf den Schotter Parkplatz kostet 35zl pro Nacht und das Parken in der Tiefgarage kostet 50zl die Nacht. Die Preise sind meiner Meinung nach sehr teuer. Aber im großen und ganzen war es ein gelungener Urlaub in diesen schwierigen Zeiten. Das Hotel hat das Hygiene Konzept perfekt im Griff und man fühlt halt wegen der Maskenpflicht ein bisschen eingeschränkt aber dass hat man überall momentan.

Bardzo pomocna obsługa, czysto, aczkolwiek widać, że fotele w jadalni już sporo przeszły. Hotel bardzo dba o względy sanitarne w czasie pandemii, za to duży plus. Oszklona łazienka fajna, ale mało wygodna, mało miejsca w środku. W małym basenie wewnętrznym gdzie są bąbelki jak w jacuzzi daje się wyczuć dość mocny zapach grzyba, do poprawy, szczególnie że wszędzie w hotelu jest czysto. Poza tym dużo atrakcji, duży wybór saun, basen na dachu super. Masaże i zabiegi kosmetyczne profesjonalne, polecam. Bardzo blisko do morza. Duża oferta animacji dla dzieci oraz zajęć dla dorosłych, można prawie nie wychodzić z hotelu i się nie nudzić.

Bardzo cieszymy się, że pobyt był udany i tak wiele aspektów wzbudziło Państwa pozytywne odczucia. To dla nas wiele znaczy. Wszelkie uwagi zostały przekazane do odpowiednich zespołów. Jednocześnie informuję, że nasze jacuzzi nie posiada żadnych skażeń, wskaźniki kontrolujemy codziennie. Regularnie, minimum raz w miesiącu, oddajemy również próbki do Sanepidu. Wonderful resort
We had a very pleasent 3 days stay - 2 adults and 2 teens. The pool on the roof-top was nice and not crowded even though it is to the small size. Breakfast was great, the same every morning however - but good variety. We do not know if it is because of Corona, but our room wasn't cleaned during our stay (No new towels, removal of garbage etc.) The hotel is central to the beach as well as the town. I would recommend renting the bikes, and go by the bikelane to Hel Peninsula.

Ogólne wrażenie dobre. Można by popracować nad obsługą klienta. Część pracowników jest nieprzeszkolona pod kątem pracy w hotelu i bywa niemiła dla gości. Znajomi zarezerwowali pokój a okazało się że mieszkają w mocno odbiegającym w standardzie apartamencie z bardzo małym łóżkiem. Oferta jest niejasna dla rezerwujących i wprowadza w błąd.

Duża zaleta hotelu jest położenie bardzo blisko płazy. Śniadania bardzo pyszne można zabrać drugie śniadanie dla dziecka ze sobą cicho i spokojnie bardzo ładny basen jedynym utrudnieniem była przeszklona łazienka mimo ze można było ja zasłonić to jednak dziecko w każdej chwili odsłaniało zasłonę

Fantastyczny hotel przyjazny rodzinom z dziecmi w roznym wieku oraz zwierzetom. Swietna sala zabaw, gdzie dzieciaki moga sie wybiegac w razie niepogody, a rodzice moga przycupnac i odpoczac. Tuz obok - silownia, saunarium oraz az 4 baseny: tradycyjny, dosc spory, nieco mniejszy, cieplejszy z hydromasazem oraz jeden dla maluszkow (0.5m), cieply i z fontannami. W razie deszczu - idealne miejsce na rodzinne szalenstwa. Dodatkowy basen na dachu z widokiem na morze. Fantastyczne i bogate sniadania serwowane w formie bufetu, z mysla o najmlodszych (zastawa i sztucce), mozliwosc wlasnorecznego zrobienia gofrow. Od 18 serwowana obiadokolacja, rowniez w formie bufetu (jednak dosc drogo - 70zl/os). Na zewnatrz plac zabaw dla dzieci, dwa jacuzzi i latwe dojscie do plazy (z mysla o wozkach). Przy wejsciu mozliwosc oplukania sie z piasku. Jesli nie chcemy ruszac sie z plazy - do dyspozycji jest Beach Club, gdzie mozna smacznie zjesc i sprobowac swietnych drinkow. Mala wydzielona strefa plazowa z lezakami, w poblizu boiska do siatkowki. W hotelu znajduje sie rowniez scianka wspinaczkowa, gdzie mozna umowic sie na zajecia pod okiem instruktora. Zatrzymalismy sie w Apartamencie West - jedyny z jacuzzi na tarasie z pieknym widokiem na morze, z ktorego mozna podziwiac zachod slonca. Jedyny minus - bliskie sasiedztwo odkrytego basenu i Sky Bar - pozostali goscie hotelu zagladaja miedzy malymi tujami na ten taras (co niektorzy probowali nawet wejsc!), wiec do 21 prywatnosci i wyciszenia zero.
