At 8:43 pm, I called the hotel to make sure the front desk was open 24 hours/day, because I was going to arrive later than planned. I was told by the individual working at the front desk that it would be open. I arrived at 2:10 am, and there was a sign that said “Be right back! For immediate assistance, pick up the phone & dial 0”….which I did about 20 times. No one would answer. I tried calling the hotel number from my cell 6 times, and no one answered. After 20 minutes of trying to get someone to answer & check me into the room I had prepaid for, I left and got a room at a neighboring hotel.
