"Staying at hotel Rome was nice for closer parking and walking to park with young kids other than that, not impressed. Got a room with three queen beds but other than that it had two wooden chairs and one wooden bar. There was no where sit for more than two people. No couch, no table, no Kleenexes, no coffee pot. Not very clean which made me want to keep things off the floor which was very difficult with the amount of furniture. Check in was confusing and not clear that it was a mile away from the room. Room was not ready by 4pm even though I requested early check in Months in advanced. Lobby/arcade was extremely hot and only 1/3 of indoor water park was open. The first night there hours said water park open until 7pm, we got there at 5:30pm and they changed it to 6pm while my son was standing in line and they wouldn’t let him go bc they were closing soon. We had fun despite all of this because the park was cool and had unique attractions and once field trips left for the day lines were not bad."
