Great House
This was a cute, extremely clean house! The property owner was prompt to respond and it was in a good location with a nice patio out back and yard for kids to play. We did wish that there were more pots and pans to use. Overall our stay was GREAT!

Great location! Very comfortable.
Adorable cottage! House was very clean and all the amenities you needed. Communication very responsive. Only suggestion would be to add side table lighting in the living room.

Its a Family Affair
Great stay, great location. Home was very clean and had everything needed. We was in the area for my family reunion and it was amazing! close to venue and family members that lived in the area so made it very convenient for the to visit. Minutes of every thing you need grocery store, eateries, Wake Forest. Shopping, it was there. Host was very good at responding and answering questions. Me and my family had a wonderful time and will definitely stay again when return to the area.

A nice stay in Winston Salem
We had a couple of 4 adults, a dog and a toddler. The house had ample room for us to have our own space and come together for meals. The kitchen is nice to cook in and the neighborhood was quiet.

Great rental
Rental was as listed, great communication with the host and we loved the area. Traveling with teenagers, we appreciates the second living space and the large back deck. Close to downtown and Wake Forest campus.

Great Experience!
My family traveled to Winston-Salem for our annual family reunion. This was our first experience with VRBO properties, and it exceeded our expectations. There were 3 adults, 2 children and my mother's constant 4-legged companion. The house was perfect. It was very centrally located and going anywhere was, most times less than 10 miles. The neighborhood was extremely quiet. Super close to WFU. The host was very good at communicating and we encountered no problems with the accommodations during our stay. I highly recommend this property/host and will look to staying again when traveling to the area.

Great Winston Salem / Wake Forest University stay
We selected this rental for the accommodation with pets. Daniel was very helpful in making some allowances for our unexpected travel with our dogs. Last minute, we had to leave them at home, but his flexibility was much appreciated and we will remember to consider the house for future travels with furry friends. The access to the house was straightforward, and everything was as described in the listing. Lots of room in a well maintained older home with modern amenities. The location is perfect for hanging out at nearby Wake Forest University, and I suspect it makes for a great graduation weekend stay. Daniel was responsive to all questions, and as noted, accommodating to a non-standard pet stay. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect stay!
The communication with the property owner was superior to any Vrbo experience we’ve ever had. The property was perfect for our daughter’s graduation from Wake Forest. Perfect for our entire family including grandparents who need a first floor bedroom. The backyard was perfect for our cook out. Perfect, perfect, perfect and squeaky clean.

Great Stay!
We spent a wonderful week here! The home was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. It is in a quiet neighbor, walking distance from Wake Forest University. Daniel was a fantastic host, kind and very responsive. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

Great spacious property!

Perfect spot for a visit to WFU
We had a wonderful stay at this spot with perfect proximity to Wake Forest. Daniel was a great host and extremely responsive to any inquiries. It was very clean and we especially enjoyed the nice linens and pillows on all of the beds and the well-equipped kitchen. Also, the work station in the dining room was very helpful as my husband had to work during part of our stay. This is a great spot and we would definitely stay again!

Daniel's house was perfect for our 2 night stay. My wife and I, my 2 teen kids, my Mother and Father -in-laws, my Brother-in-law and my dog, all fit in Daniel's house very comfortably. With 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor, 1 queen bed and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each, and then a 2nd queen upstairs, the accomodations were perfect! The dining table held us all, the living room was actually accomodating as well. This house really was wonderful. The little touches were nice, we arrived late, and there were coffee filters and a little coffee there already, because you know we forgot to stop. Daniel was on point with comms and quick to reply. A super delightful host! 10/10.

Great Spot!
Older home with character and lots of updates. The kitchen is legit, very comfortable beds, and the layout was cool. Great spot for visiting WFU, DT Winston-Salem ($8 UBER), or the convention center. Great value for money!

Excellent house!
Stayed here for 18 days to help my daughter recovery from surgery. It’s an excellent house, as described. It is close to Wake Forest, restaurants, and shopping and had everything we needed for our stay. Check-in and check-out was easy and the property manager was very responsive.

This house was ideally located close to the Wake Forest campus and had obviously been newly renovated. Charming decor and artwork throughout. Daniel was super responsive and easy to work with. We’ll definitely hope to stay again on our next trip to visit our daughter at Wake!
