First night there the TV didn't work; it was like paused and puffering but its a satellite cause i own DirecTV. It was going in an out also buffering alot, looks someone put Ice in the sink before before i check in. It was quiet but trying to relax and watch a show wasn't it.

It's a very good place to relax and the pool with jacuzzi tops it off making my body rejuvenate. I recommend people to stay at this motel in Winslow AZ.

DIrty towels were hanging in the bathroom and behind the toilet. Floor was warped in the bathroom. Direct TV didn't work...changed rooms and it still didn't work. Dirty towels were in both rooms. Security door didn't lock. Bathtub didn't drain. Hot tub- jets didn't work. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE...we should have our money refunded. The night of the check in, the person at the front desk was kind (and changed our room...but that room wasn't any better). At check out all the problems were relayed but that person acted like they didn't care. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND...and we used to be able to trust that going to a Quality Inn would be a good experience.

This hotel has been completely remodeled. Nice lounge and food options. I look for hotels with good gyms when I’m on the road. This is probably the best I’ve seen in a highway hotel. I have stayed at others here in Winslow and this will be the place I come back to now. I hadn’t stayed at a Clarion Pointe before but I recommend it if they are all like this.

I liked that it was easy aces to the freway. Restaurants and stores close by. Plus indoor swimming pool was a plus.

This property is outdated and needs lots of work. The ac doesn't work well in rooms which I guess wasn't all bad since there were no blankets on the bed just a very thin bedspread of sorts , the floors in our room need lots of work. The hot tub doesn't work, I could go on and on. If I had a reservation for more than one night I would cancel the rest of the nights.

This remodeled hotel was slapped back together. The fitness center could be better. There are also vending machines that don’t work. The water took forever to get hot. It was windy outside so the television didn’t work, Direct TV. Price for it all was alright. Better than the next hotel down the road. Front staff were cordial. Because it’s Winslow, I’d say I’d stay here again to get my points.

We just needed a place to rest our heads so all we cared about was a clean room and bed. It was that. The customer service was non existent and the breakfast was a joke. Totally convenient for cross country travellers.

The telephone and TV in the room did not work. The parking area that I parked my vehicle had no lighting. I informed the front desk clerk when I was checking out anticipating that I would get a discount, but the clerk did not respond nor apologize.

The front desk person was rude. Did not want to talk to about adding a person to a room. Donica, the Manager is very friendly & welcoming. I wish her employee's were like that too. I asked a family friend to check us in for another night. The same unfriendly person from the desk person pounded on my door, as I was still sleeping, asking if I was staying another night. I said yes, I asked my friend to check us back in, very rudely, she told me I had to come do it myself. Very unprofessional. Donica, on the other hand, was very helpful and polite.
