We arrived at 3:45 PM after checkin opened up and our room wasn’t ready. We didn’t get a room until 4:30. Several folks waiting in the lobby for the same reason. Very aggravating

I liked the hotel. We were in the king suite which worked well for traveling with our dogs. The grounds were spacious and very nice. The bathrooms are in process of being upgraded and ours hadn’t been done yet so there were a few quirky things that will get fixed with that. The sheer on the window had a large rip that we let the front desk know about.

The water comes out brown. You cannot use it to wash your face or brush your teeth. On check out day the water was completely shut off. Staff stated the pressure was low because so many people were using it. Room and bathroom need renovation. Bathroom tub and toilet stained brown.

My room was infested with Asian beetles. I counted at-least 50 that were in site on the walls and ceiling. I didn’t bother switching rooms because there’s a good chance other rooms have the same issue. The next morning I was running late and about to take a shower. I found that there was no shower curtain in my room and so I fell late for my appointments that day because I had to get dress and go get one. Upon check out I told the staff about my experience just as I have written this review. The young women didn’t seem to be very surprised or very interested in trying to make it right. I could tell that I may as well let it go. Overall this was a bad experience. I paid $150 to sleep with bugs. I could’ve paid $65 for a similar experience at a local motel next door.

Nice quiet hotel, pretty good breakfast. Bathrooms need work but should get remodels soon. Beds are very clean. Tvs are nice but not a huge amount of channels. Easy parking, not crowded for our 2 stays in October 2023.

Noisy hotel as far as the other rooms. Wasn’t impressed with the area but it was just a stop on a longer trip. Breakfast was good. Price was higher than what should be charged for the area.
