The breakfast was very good, offering many options. Room was comfortable and quiet. Parking stalls were very narrow for most cars etc.

After checkout I had to ask house keeping to look for a forgotten item, the housekeeping manager was so friendly and went out of her way to check the room. Although I didn't find my item, she went the extra mile and that was very much appreciated.

The hotel is beginning to show signs of age. Our mattresses were beginning to be bow towards the centre.

No modern tv, no drinking glasses in rooms, only coffe cups. Outside parking lot was very slippery and the ice machine was out. Overall poor service. Won’t be staying here again.

The receptionist, Jaspeetwas very respectful and informative. The rooms cleanliness was excellent, and presentation of amenities was eye appeasing. We are very pleased with the introduction to our stay here.

The mini fridge made noise all night. We had to call the front desk and we complained also about the tenants above us stomping on the floor all night that kept us awake. Also, when we pulled back to sheets, the beds were dirty. And the complementary breakfast did not offer any decaf coffee. Yes this said we could have it in our room but I didn’t feel like going back to room to make a coffee when I was having breakfast with my family.

In regards to the cleanliness of the room, I wish we could of been made aware as soon as you found this as it is certainly not something you should expect to find here at our property. We strive to ensure our rooms are clean and sanitized and rooms are verified by a supervisor before release. We will be looking into this and investigating it further. Thank you for letting us know and we hope you will consider staying with us again in the future.
