The staff were friendly and pleasant. The rooms were a big and comfortable but the maid did a bad job at sweeping up crumbs off the floor but other than that the room was comfortable and spacious. I utilize the gym which was clean the machines work and it was comfortable to be in there. The location is a minute from the airport and close to dining and basic shopping needs.

Hall way carpets are very dirty with litter and stains. The rest of the property seems well maintained. I don’t have a need for any of the items in the lending library during this stay, but I do hope to return for a longer stay in the future.

Decent hotel. There was a fire when I stayed there and we were asked to wait outside for a few hours. Other than that, it’s a decent hotel to stay before or after your flight.

Bed was comfortable, kitchen and living apace was nice. Bathtub had mildew/staining at tub spout. Hallway was full of trash from other guests and those other guests could be heard, like they were in my room, slamming the doors.

Checkin was fine. FD desk staff was conversational. Room was smelly. A/C didn’t work at first and we had to troubleshoot the problem. FD did take the call and was going to send someone down but we had already diagnosed/fixed the problem. We didn’t receive any room attendant service on Saturday after coming back around 4 pm so we called the FD and the attendant said that they must have left for the day. Unacceptable! Someone should have freshened up the room. Then, on Sunday I was checking out and brought this same issue to the guest service agent and her response was, ‘I think there is no housekeeping services over the weekend.’ If this was the case the staff should communicate this to the guest at checkin. We also requested a late checkout at 10:30 pm on Saturday which was granted but not communicated to the am staff so we received a knock at door which I was annoying.

Very clean space, good choice of body wash products as well as flatware and dishes for dining. Front desk was not very informative, did not make me aware of the $100 deposit! However, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

I would have rated higher had to actually stayed on the property but it was evacuated due to an electrical fire apparently and we never were even able to get on property or check in. We ended up having to get another hotel for the night and I still have not been refunded for my stay and having to cancel. I’ll be calling again tomorrow now that I’m still seeing emails charging me.
A heads up from the hotel before our arrival would have been great instead of pulling up and seeing fire trucks and cops having it all blocked off and having to rush and find elsewhere to stay after our drive from New York.

The property and the area is fine, but the front desk staff needs training, specially as how to greet customer, with smile and and try to help answering questions. I didn’t see that at all from the lady who checked me in.

This hotel was a good enough place to stay for an early morning flight. The decor was a little outdated, but the rooms were comfy and clean. There was a shuttle to take you to the airport and the driver was prompt and courteous. The bonus was being able to leave my car on the property for 10 days at only $10 a day.
