Beautiful hotel in a great location.
We had a fabulous stay at the Royal Adelaide hotel. The room was beautiful with a comfy bed. Everything was to a high standard including the stylish bar and restuarant, nothing was too much trouble for the staff who ensured we had everything we needed. There is secure parking which is chargeable and needs booking in advance. The hotel was conveniently located about a 15 walk from Windsor Castle and the town centre where there are numerous cafes, restaurants, pubs and artisan shops as well as most of the usual high street stores. We will definitely stay at the Adelaide again; can’t recommend it highly enough.

Staff were excellent from start to finish. Reception, catering, room cleaners, all combined together to make this a really 5 star hotel. Wonderful.

Very Friendly Staff!
We ended up having to extend our stay because of illness, and everyone of the staff we encountered at the Royal Adelaide Hotel was very friendly, helpful, and did their best to be kind and accommodating. The hotel is right across the street from the Long Walk leading up to Windsor Castle, with lots of green space to relax, and an ideal location, 10 minutes easy walk to the castle and town center. We had a great stay!

Myself and my family had a wonderful short stay at the Royal Adelaide hotel. The hotel is ideally situated for visiting the Castle and other attractions in Windsor. The rooms are very clean and bright and the staff were superb.

Quaint hotel is amazing!
Very clean, quaint hotel. The rooms are nice with very comfortable beds. The lounge/bar is great and the restaurant has a wonderful breakfast and dinner menu. Better than your average hotel fare. In close walking distance to Windsor and Windsor Castle. The staff is beyond helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this little gem of a place.

The location literally next to the long walk. Staff very accommodating. Our luggage had been lost. They found us charger for cell phones, and supplied early breakfast and set up taxi back to Heathrow. Well done!

The staff were fantastic and couldn't have done more but to us it was clear the hotel was short staffed. This didn't impact on our stay as they did their best. The hotel was 'tired'. The bathroom set up wasn't really safe, toilet so close to the heated towel rail.it was unsafe. Air con leaked and decor dated.

We were disappointed with the room- it was very small and I certainly wouldn’t class it as a double room- expensive for what we got.

Hotel Adelaide is a charming and beautiful boutique hotel close enough to all things Windsor but far enough to be quiet. The staff was wonderful and the included breakfasts were a welcome treat and much appreciated. The only reason I don't rate them a five star is because our room (34) was sooooo extremely small it was difficult for two people to share it. The shower and bathroom were also extremely small. I would not recommned room 34 for any party larger than one person. The other rooms looked much more roomy though.

Smart Hotel near the centre of Windsor

We did not realize that we had to pre-pay for parking so when we arrived there were no spaces available. We had traveled from the USA to England so when we were told that the alternate option was to park in the town's public parking space we were not happy as we were not familiar with the town and when we arrived at the parking garage there were no spaces. Also, we had to walk from across town back to the hotel once we had found a parking space at the garage. Very disappointing. Thankfully we don't have any disabilities which would have restricted us walking a long distance.

The reception staff were lovely. The public areas inviting. But be prepared to navigate serpentine stairwells and rooms while nicely appointed are cramped.

Everything was great! The room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom was fully updated and done to a high standard. The breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. A great boutique hotel in every way, highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in Windsor. The downtown shopping district and Windsor Castle were a safe and pleasant 10 minute walk from the hotel.

We couldn’t have been made more welcome by the lovely staff. Our room was very pleasant with the addition of a small sitting room. Our only concern was that due to the cold April weather we had become very cold and the dining room was very chilly. Otherwise lovely. Thank you so much for being so accommodating!

Amazing level of service
Fantastic hotel and great customer service! Booked for a business event at Windsor Castle that started early and finished late, so had enquired about parking my car there all day. Even with a small car park when I called on the morning they had a space for me and not only that had my room ready to check in. Very friendly staff, lovely comfortable room and very tasty breakfast. Made a one night stop for business, very relaxing without the. Need to worry about moving my car. Will definitely be back if I’m looking to stay in Windsor again (for work or pleasure)

Hotel Adelaide stay
Pleasant staff, who made the stay enjoyable. The room was clean, breakfast was good. I did feel the parking situation could be improved, or at least be kept informed of when a space became available or you have the added cost of parking fees. Oh and if your a light sleeper remember ear plugs for Heathrow airport lol I did enjoy the view of the planes preparing to land from the bedroom window throughout the day and night lol

Nice location for visiting Windsor, but getting into the car park should be much easier. I was not aware on arrival I could not enter until the reception desk lifted a barrier. I had to get out of the car (on a one lane street at a corner) to ask for the barrier to be lifted. Not acceptable.
