Property itself was fine. Parking has to be done via valet (cannot self park) and I wasn't notified of this at check in; had I not run into the staff at night and they just mentioned it, the car would have been towed. This should be mentioned at check in. Loud overnight due to airplanes (close to airport) as well as loud footsteps from the room above us (poor soundproofing). No iron/ironing board/safe/in-room coffee maker. Overall okay but wouldn't stay her again.

We chose this place because it was close to the Riverwalk and was pet friendly. It was a very nice place with very nice outdoor ambience. Lots of chairs, fire pits and an outdoor bar. There was a restaurant on location which was not pet friendly. There was no coffee in the room. The room was small but very nice. The staff was very friendly. No parking for the hotel but they did offer a valet parking service for an extra charge. I would stay again.

We had such a great experience! The staff members were all friendly and helpful, the room was super comfortable, and the outdoor fire pit area was a wonderful place to enjoy a drink. We'll definitely be back!

Arrive is one of our favorite hotels in Wilmington. The rooms are nice, the grounds are awsome, and the location is perfect. Arrive is as pet friendly as they can be.

This property is so adorable.....I loved it! The gal at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, as were the valet guys. I brought my dog with me... they're super dog-friendly here and will even provide you with a dog bed, if needed. I loved the location too! Greenfield Park is only a mile away. It has a gorgeous 5 mile trail (loop), which I walked with my dog. For dinner, I decided to try Dram Yard, which is the restaurant attached to the hotel. I'm so happy I did! I had the Charred Brussels Sprouts (so yummy) and the Chicken And Dumplings.....both were extremely delicious!! Next time I'm in Wilmington, I will definitely be staying here again!

The staff was exceptional, the rooms were very nice with outside rocking chairs, and the patio was perfect with over 8 fire pits and a gazebo bar. Would highly recommend .

Beautiful room. Grounds were great, on a chilly evening, with many fire pits and fire places. Outdoor bar served excellent drinks. Breakfast at the Dram Yard was fantastic! Will absolutely stay again.

Our stay at ARRIVE Wilmington was lovely. The rooms were decorated with intentional pieces and equipped with all of the amenities we needed during our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful in fulfilling all of our requests. We loved the courtyard area and even took some time to play a game or two of cornhole. The rocking chairs were a charming touch, as we enjoyed sitting in them as we had our morning coffee.

Computers were down so we weren’t able to contact the front desk to ask about the check in process or where to unload as it’s a maze of walkway and alley ways. Awesome and very unique though and Theresa did her best to help us out, so shout out to her for going above and beyond and after she was off the clock to boot!! :-)

Quite a disappointment!
Not fully understanding that my booking with VRBO had completely changed since their merger with hotels.com and Expedia. When we decided to add a night to the end of our trip, the price jumped from $117/night to $217/night. Then we wanted to just cancel. With 3 entities involved, it became complicated with 2 different confirmation numbers. I sent a message to the hotel manager explaining the issues. I did not get a response. When we checked in, I inquired about adding the night of the 19th to our stay. Yes, I could do that, but now the rate would be $250/night. Seriously? With VRBO, prior to the merger, I was booking something far more home-like, as opposed to a crowded hotel room. The king bed took up most of the room, giving us no room to move around the space. It was crazy. We had to pay for morning coffee and a muffin. So odd these days. In the restaurant one evening my husband and I each had a glass of wine of wine and shared a couple of appetizers. It was great, but rather costly. And, seemingly we had no option, but to use the valet parking service. The location of lot was closer to our room than the valet station. Despite our complaints, we found the staff to be delightful and extremely professional.

Unfortunately, on the day you requested to extend our rate was significantly higher. Our valet service is not mandatory it is an amenity, there is public parking across the street for a fee but no free parking downtown.
