I regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.Regarding the rubber bathmat in the tub, it is indeed there for safety purposes, to prevent slip accidents during showers. Safety is a top priority for us.I appreciate your patience with the heating system. Natural gas heat may indeed take a little longer to warm up compared to electric heat, but it's both effective and environmentally friendly.In terms of dining options in Williamstown, we do provide a list of various restaurants in the area upon check-in, including Mediterranean, Indian, Mexican, Thai, Korean, Chinese, American grill, and even pizza places. I remember personally going over these options with you at check-in, and it's surprising to hear that you were only able to find one restaurant to dine in.
