I would nit recommend staying here. Sheet hardly went over the corner of the mattress and room is so outdated. Wouldn't consider showering there. Great Mexican restaurant next door and close to the Ark. You get what you pay for.

The price was great and staff were very pleasant and helpful. Dining options are limited in the immediate area. The facilities and bedding while clean are dated, however for the price per night and convenience of being “right next door” to Noah’s Ark a good family choice on a budget. The only issue was not having a confirmed bed size on check-in as we had reserved.

This was a great value for the price. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and so close to the Ark Encounter. There is also a Mexican restaurant that you can walk to from the hotel. I would recommend asking for a lower level room if you have mobility issues. The breakfast was very basic but it was enough. Great stay!

2nd stay here. Comfortable and quiet. Shower very good. Simple breakfast - hard boiled eggs, waffles. Fruit and cupcakes. Very close to the ARC Experience. Delicious eats at El Jerisco just feet away. I’d stay again.

This property should be removed from this site - it is old and rundown and not safe in terms of lighting and security features like locks on the doors etc. Plumbing is terrible, no water pressure and toilets needed to be flushed repeatedly after each use. Amenities were non-existent. A single ice machine that was always empty, an empty snack vending machine and broken laundry equipment. The area around the hotel was dirty and unkept. I could tell that house keeping was trying but they had old carts and equipment. House keeping staff was friendly and helpful but I had to ask repeatedly for towels without stains. It was terrible. I will think twice before using Expedia again - this was so bad.

The front desk person was very helpful. We were surprised to have daily housekeeping. Almost nonexistent with hotel stays anymore. Clean and comfortable room. Good continental breakfast. Appreciated the help from staff in getting our luggage upstairs as there’s no elevator. Staff always polite and willing to lend a hand. Would recommend and stay here again. Within walking distance to the Ark Encounter.

We were there to visit The Ark which was a Christmas Present from one of our daughters. It was very convenient to the Ark. The breakfast was small but was very good. The staff was great.

Broken tile, mildew in bathroom. Broken ironing board, holes in the wall, and dirty walls. Beds were more like hammocks then beds.

The bed was so lumpy that I chose to lay across the foot of the bed which wasn’t so broken down. I covered myself with my coat. The floors in the bathroom had numerous large cracks. The flooring in the bedroom area has several boards that were separated and could cause a tripping hazard.
