It was nice to have a separate bedroom and living room/kitchenette. It was also nice to have 2 bathrooms. One with a tub/shower and one with a walk in shower. The rooms were clean and spacious.

Everything at the property where I stayed was very nice clean and quiet. Rhe only thing I did not like is there was not one trash can in the bathroom living room or bed room, other that that great property

Patriots Inn staff was friendly. Room was clean & spacious. Comfortable stay. TV in the living room area needs to be bigger. Appreciated the extra security of using the room key to enter the building. Would definitely stay here again.

Easy access. Central to much of Williamsburg. Clean room, 2nd bathroom was a real bonus. Kitchen was functional. Lots to do nearby. Only negative I found was the TV in the sitting area was small, not that I spent much time watching

I enjoyed my stay in this very large room. it was extremely clean, and included a full kitchen as well as an adorable fireplace. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean on the outside and in the rooms. Parking is easy and plentiful. About a mile to campus. Much nicer and more convenient than many of the major chain options in this city.

Last minute trip to Williamsburg
We really enjoyed our stay. We went to Virginia Beach and to Busch Gardens. Disappointed, it was beautiful out and couldn’t sit by the pool or use the hot tub or grill.

Nice and quiet. No hot water for the tub. Outside security door wouldn't lock. Tvs were small. Very close for shopping and restaurants and history.

The whole complex is beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and the unit was great. We stayed in October which is at the end of the tourist season for Williamsburg and the complex was very quiet. Would recommend.

This is a great property, but 1) don't believe the price is, "all inclusive," it will cost 30 more tax, and 2) like everyone else they don't clean each day, only these guys take a deposit from your credit card to penalize you if the room is not cleaned... By you... Including walking your trash out of the building.
