Golf Trip
Three bedrooms and three baths was hard to find and this place was what we wanted. The rooms were nicely decorated and everything is the apartment met our needs and expectations for our stay. Front desk staff was not helpful at all at check in and during our stay.

Very nice property
My partner and I and a friend stayed at this immaculate 3 bedroom 3bath unit. It was clean and very well furnished on a gated community. Highly recommend it.

Perfect place for our Williamsburg visit
Nice property. Clean. Friendly staff. We rented a 3 bedroom unit with 3 bathrooms for 5 seniors, most of us with bad knees. Parking was directly in front of our condo. We drove about 2 miles the visitor center at took the shuttle bus Williamsburg. Since there are multiple shuttle stops this was closer for us than walking to the onsite hotels at the end of the day. Plus we liked having our own kitchen and living space.

Great stay!
Great place to stay. Plenty of space, location was ideal. Kitchen and laundry.. can’t beat that! Only complaint was the conjoining rooms, you cannot leave the doors open so it does become irritating to open and close both doors each time.. but other than that, it was great!

Overall all the stay was great. The only disappointment was the cleanliness. The kitchen cabinets looked like something was splashed on the cabinets both below and above the stove. The floors looked like they had not been vacuumed and the most unsettling thing was the master bath had makeup / blush smeared over the door, wall, and doorknob, and by the toilet you could tell that someone missed the target...if you know what I mean! Last but not least the temp was set on 60 deg and it was very chilly for about two hours. The staff was great as was the location. Not sure we would stay there again based on the cleanliness.

Great place to stay
This is a great place to stay with lots of cool amenities and good customer service. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the rooms are starting to look old and in need of some updates (for example our dishwasher didn't work). Also, I got more calls and texts about watching their presentation for ownership than I have in the past. Otherwise, a fantastic place with a positive vibe.

Gathering of 4 dear friends now spread around the country
Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen, drip coffee maker with complimentary filters and coffee packet for first morning and paper towels. Bring Small bath soap and dishsoap for first night an morning. Room arrangement perfect. Carpet paint furnishings dated but we we were not there for luxe. Comfortable and close to restaurants.

Family trip to Colonial Williamsburg
The resort was very accommodating and spacious. My husband, my 16 year old son, and myself stayed in the 2 bedroom suite, while my parents (in their 70’s) stayed in the 1 bedroom lockoff. It was great that they had their own entrance so they could come and go as they pleased without disturbing us, and offered them privacy as well. We all had a great time enjoying all of the resort amenities. My 16 year old especially liked the game room! This resort is very close to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown Settlement, and Yorktown (which we all did and I highly recommend visiting!) We would definitely recommend staying at this resort. We had no issues with check in, they were not pushy about the timeshare presentation (which we passed on, and they were completely fine with that). Our suites were very clean and comfortable! Had a great time!

Family Vacation in Williamsburg
Our traveling party of 11 ranged from ages 8-80. We needed to find a place that was engaging to a large variety of ages and interests. We loved our stay at Club Wyndham Kingsgate! The amenities were outstanding and kept our group busy when we weren't our touring the area. We enjoyed the large pool, minigolf, pickleball and the arcade just to name a few. The location of the resort couldn't have worked out better as we were so close to restaurants, historic sites and Busch Gardens. Highly recommend this resort!

Amazing family vacation
We loved the adjoining rooms. We had the whole 3rd floor to ourselves and so much room. The resort had so many amenities we were never bored. Conveniently located near colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, and Water Country USA. Whole family had a blast and want to come back next year.

Family spring break
We loved this property. Very centrally located to everything in Williamsburg. The property is in a gated community with great amenities. We especially enjoyed the outdoor heated pool and the mini golf course.

Had to return to the front desk to get our electronic keys to work. One part of our unite had a smoke smell even though these were non-smoking units, AC in on of our units was not working properly.

the resort is excellent. it has everything that one would expect. my 12 year old grand son had a ball; swimming, playing golf, pool and arcade, he did not want to leave. 9 year old granddaughter spent her birthday their and had a wonderful time. we will definitely return

Almost perfect stay
We enjoyed everything about this property except for the check in. We were renting this condo unit for a week, and were ambushed at check-in by a hard sell pitch. After traveling all day we were tired and just wanted to get to our room, but we had to endure a spiel by a representative just to check in. We will think twice about renting another Wyndham property if this is their policy. It was a horrible first impression.

Great stay with family!
Great stay at this wonderful property. Excellent for families, tons for the kids to do, the weather was crummy and it didn't matter because there was heated pool, arcade, clubhouse and the units were spacious and well appointed. Highly recommend!

Great 3 generation experience
We enjoyed our VRBO experience staying at KINGSGATE near Colonial Williamsburg. My daughter and Son in law and two grandsons joined my husband and me. We enjoy the relaxing activities and fun games provided by the resort after a day of touring! Well cared for and designed floor plan allowed my husband and me to have our own space and mini kitchen, yet we were connected when we wanted to be. We could share groceries and meals and we could babysit the kids, so they had a night out. Loved it!

Great Condo near Colonial Williamsburg
This was a wonderful stay right off the bypass near Colonial Williamsburg. It was a convenient drive to the historic area. The condo was very clean and well kept, and the kids loved the pool, arcade area, and mini golf. Plan to stay here again next time we visit.
