The concierge was wonderful! My husband accidentally left a shirt and pair of pants. When he called two days later, they had saved it for him. Never has this happened for us in even the finest of hotels.

We stayed here a couple of nights during our visit to the Grand Canyon. The hotel was clean and we enjoyed breakfast and round the clock coffee/tea. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I had a terrible experience with this hotel, and I strongly advise you to avoid it at all costs. I booked a stay at this place through Expedia from 03/29/24 to 04/01/24. Due to a family emergency, I ended up arriving at the hotel on the morning of 03/30. I had called them in advance to inform them that I would be checking in late. However, upon my arrival, I discovered that my reservation had been cancelled, despite having paid the full amount in early March. When I inquired about why my reservation was cancelled without any notification, they failed to provide a satisfactory answer. I requested to speak to their manager, but was informed that the manager was out of town for a week and was advised to find accommodation elsewhere. This occurred in the middle of a winter storm with two kids, leaving me with no choice but to pay for a one-night stay.

This is a great stay for the price. Very clean, spacious rooms and helpful staff. We were allowed in our room before check in and lots of staff cleaning and servicing public areas. Indoor pool was nice. Beds are comfy and area is quiet.

Of the 2 Days Inn we stayed at, this one definitely needs an Update. The one in Holbrook was great so we were disappointed with this one in Williams. The pool was outdoors so we were unable to use it.

Staff was very friendly and helpful with planning our trip to the Grand Canyon. Breakfast was better than most of them on our trip. Young man at the desk in the evening was very friendly gave us great advice on a place for dinner. Overall it felt like they really tried to make sure our needs were met.

Great stay, good free breakfast.only issue was that when the hotel is at capacity there are not enough parking spots. There was a large construction vehicle taking 2 spots and a car and trailer taking 4 but I would expect them to have more extra spots

We loved our stay at Hampton Inn! Super clean, friendly staff and yummy breakfast. Giving it 4 stars because we had a room on the first floor and the noise from the floor above us was SO loud. Otherwise, a great stay!

Great trip!
We had a great stay at the Hampton Inn! The room was clean, roomy and comfortable. We were there for a trip to the Grand Canyon and the hotel was only an hour from it. It was a wonderful trip!

Stayed on way to Grand Canyon. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and all the facilities was extremely clean. Breakfast was good and lots of options to choose from. Staff for breakfast was great.
