The first night we stayed there we had to change our room. There was a DJ and a club playing loud music which was part of the hotel. The GM was very nice and accomidating and swiched our room. The elevators smelled like roach spray and kept us coughing for hours. The 2nd night there was water pouring out of the lobby hotel ceiling. I notified the clerk at the desk and he brushed me off stating ue would notify maintenance. There are also NO safes in the rooms to secure your personal effects.

Huge rooms that are clean and tidy. We stayed for a Coast Guard Graduation. Only a few restaurants/bars were open nearby ut of season. Would recommend for a one night stay.

Valet parking, which is inconvenience if you want to use your car to drive around. Have to wait for the staff to park and pick up car. But the staff are very friendly. Two or three blocks to the boardwalk, not bad. Bathroom shower waterflow is pretty small.

This is an overall nice hotel. The room is spacious & the design is new and fresh. The complimentary valet parking is a huge plus & was a nice touch. It’s also great that the hotel is within walking distance of the boardwalk/beach and restaurants & shops. A couple of cons to report would be that the hotel patrons are allowed to walk around barefoot especially coming from the pool & the hallways had a very strong mildew/stale smell (in which barefoot wet feet probably contributed to). Otherwise, our stay was awesome. The hotel staff was friendly & very accommodating & the property itself is brand new & in great condition.

Although the staff was nice, the room was just ok. Quite roomy but for a new building there are a lot of flaws. There is no water pressure. A simple change of the shower head would solve the problem. Went with a decorative shower head over a functioning one. Was really hard for kids to shower. Took forever to rinse. There are no wash off areas outside so if you go to beach and don’t rinse off everything there, you’ll have sand in your room. Not like it’s not already there, upon arrival you could feel sand on floor of room. In fact had to brush off feet prior to getting into bed. Housekeeping in general was not great. At arrival the room had half a roll of toilet paper and wasn’t switched until we had to go to front desk and ask for some. Also room smelled of pot at arrival and didn’t get much better throughout our stay. Had to leave windows open to try to air it out. Pool is open to public, with a payment, which if I knew this prior I would not have stayed here. Pool fills up quickly with non hotel guests and if you don’t grab a chair first thing in the morning you won’t get one. Also the on site bar leads to some interesting sights at the pool. Would not recommend for a family with children. The valet service is a joke. Upon arriving there were no spots to unload. Drove around the block a few times to let valet get caught up but he was carrying luggage to rooms. Took over an hour to unload and get into room. Plan ahead if you need your car there’s a wait to get it.

It was so clean. Great location and loved pool area with drinks and food. Definitely go back and stay there.

It is a fairly new hotel. It was nice and clean. Quiet area. close walk to the boardwalk and beach so that was convenient. The valet was quick and convenient. Overall, for a quick weekend away on the beach, I thought it was great. I would def go back.

The best hotel in wildwood.
This hotel was amazing. I loved all the staff and the fact that they had free valet services. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant fairviwe down to the valet was amazing. We are already getting ready to book for next year. This time we will book for two weeks instead of one. I really would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Our stay was great. The workers were very nice. Valet parking was great as well. The only thing is there should be an ice machine and vending machines available. Also a door or something for privacy between the room & kitchenette area.

This hotel is very new and clean . Staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the walls and floor are not well insulated so you will hear music all night from the bar and anyone above you that’s running or walking .

It’s a Nice New Spot. You really don’t have to leave the building if you don’t want too because it has everything. Restaurant, pool, and night club, all you have to do is take the elevator down stairs from your room and have fun. If you want to leave the building, the boardwalk and beach is just blocks away

Great stay!
We were guests on the opening weekend of the hotel and overall, had a great stay. The room was clean, spacious, and well-prepared. The only recommendation that I would give is to ensure that housekeeping is consistent. We stayed 2 nights but never had a visit from housekeeping for cleaning or new towels. Other than that, our stay was great, and I would recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.

I had the pleasure of staying in the Seaport Suites after its initial opening. The rooms were extremely clean and modern. My room even smelled of fresh paint. The location was incredibly close to the beach and boardwalk. The staff was friendly. The pool area was nice. I was a little sad that the bar wasn’t open. I didn’t try the restaurant and bar downstairs but it seemed like a nice spot and was populated each evening during my stay. I frequented the pizza spot on the next spot which was open 5 pm - 5 am daily. The only drawback was the water pressure. It was really low making the nice bathroom fixtures lackluster because the water wasn’t flowing/pushing hard. I’m sure or at least hopeful it’s an easy fix. If I visited Wildwood again I would stay here.

Très belle hôtel neuf. Propre et grand. Service de valet pour la voiture super. Employé super. Belle piscine. Demander une chambre au 4e étage car on entendait les gens du haut marcher. Puisque les chambres sont des suites, nous nous attendions d’avoir un grille pain ou au moins une cafetière. Nous devions descendre pour aller chercher notre café. Il n’y avait qu’une poubelle dans la cuisine et aucune dans la salle de bain. Il y’avait un torchon et du savon pour laver la vaisselle mais pas de linge pour essuyer la vaisselle. Bref il manquait des petites choses simple pour que nous puissions mettre 5 étoiles partout. Beau séjour nous y retournerions et cette fois-ci avec un grille pain et une cafetière. Rire !!
