Stayed in passed, place is needs a lot of updating, no coffee maker in room, restaurant was ok the drinks were really good, hot tub broken . Told staff that there was children running around till 2:30 in hall and throwing stuff around . And yelling,Was told nothing they could do

This property was not the cleanest, both hot tubs were not working, the Tanning booth was out of service. The fact ppl HAVE TO leave their rooms and go sit in the car or walk to the front of the property just to have a cigarette is very inconvenient. No music was allowed. Just horrible

The staff at Bolero are among the best. Super friendly and helpful. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The view from the top floor is lovely. We will definitely stay here again!

Wildwood Duels
Was down for the Wildwood wrestling duels, this place has everything you need, bars, restaurants, and an in door pool. Plus the price couldn't be beat. Definitely recommend.

Tower was sold out except for room directly above charity bar party so too loud. No elevator to other room and I have Afib. Room was 55 upon entering andctook 1.5 hrs to reach 70F. Massage salon advertised open to 10, was closed at 5. No bookings? Restaurant closed for private party? Resort?

Almost froze to death
The room was FREEZING! Temp started at 54 degrees and could not get it to warm up any higher than 64 all night. Had to go to bed with fleece jacket on for warmth. Bedding was interesting too - no top sheet so you were in direct contact with light fleece blanket yhat i cannot imagine is washed each day. Bedding would also not go high enough up on the bed to cover your body. Needed to go to office and get additional blankets so we did not freeze. Oh yeah, the toilet ran too... Worst place I've stayed in.

Wedding overnight
Attending a wedding and stayed at the Bolero for one night. Management very accommodating and gave me an early check in and late check out. Elevator very old and very slow. Could be a problem in the summer months. Overall, it met my needs.

So glad to have found this place! It’s the ‘off’ season but this hotel is open year round. We were greeted by a friendly manager upon arrival and our room was in the ‘motel’ section of the resort. Our room was very clean and looked to be newly remodeled. They have an outdoor pool that was closed for the cold season BUT they also have an indoor pool and hot tubs on the glass enclosed top floor that has a great view! Up there we also were greeted by friendly staff. We will be back! Maybe for one of their winter packages that they offer!

Best Weekend of the Year
Great hotel, always enjoy the gentlemen at check-in. Very polite and efficient. Never had a problem or felt pushed. Wish the rooms had small disposable laundry bags, it’s the one thing I always forget. Absolutely love ❤️ this Hotel! We stay every year when we come home for my WWH Class of ‘72 Reunion. Rock and Roll Weekend. Fun times.

We enjoyed our stay however the front desk staff the first night at check in was not very helpful or friendly however the next day they were wonderful and same with check out. We had a terrible experience Saturday morning at the Grill next to the hotel/connected but it was fixed and we ended up having a really great experience Sunday morning at no cost thanks to the hotel staff making sure to fix it and Shirley went above and beyond to make sure we had a great breakfast and we were so thankful! The place was beautiful, the view was awesome, and the kids and I plan to return sometime!

We stayed in the hotel. The elevator is slow, but convenient. The indoor rooftop pool was amazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor pool and tiki bar. Across the street is a buffet which was perfect for breakfast. What we didn’t like was how loud it was into the night. In our room we still could hear the music across the street and in the bar/restaurant downstairs. Otherwise it was a great place to stay! Oh one other thing…there are no hooks or shelves in the bathroom. That was annoying when needing to shower and there is no place to put your things other than on the toilet. Gross!
