This is likely a private hotel, a renovated private house. The rooms location is convoluted and you need to take a kot if stares, although the lift is available but does not go to all floors so you will need to takes stairs in some areas. The room is excellent and clean with a big and nice bath tab (the family room for 3 people). Please be aware that the service is very helpful and friendly but not quite professional and you will need to ask for things, such as toilet paper, as they forget to provide extra. The reception is closed at 7pm, so there is no service support after that. There are no phones in the room either. Overall excellent hotel, but you need to check before 7pm if you need any additional things for your room, such as coffee, toilet paper or water.

My party of 6 ladies stayed in 3 rooms, each had its own character & charm. Jessica and her husband {proprietors }were simple the best! Spoke English better then some Americans, helped us with every need we asked about, from restaurants, reservations, where the nearest this or that is, we could even get tickets to boat tours, cable car ,right at the front desk and have the charges go directly on our bill. Breakfast was very nice , the staff surpassed every expectations, always checking to make sure we had enough coffee, eggs, etc . We left early in the morning, & since we had paid for breakfast a sandwich , apples and water were waiting for us. I can not say enough good things about our entire experience at this hotel, incredible!

Centrally located in Rudesheim am Rhein, this hotel was a pleasure to stay at. The staff were warm and welcoming, and extremely helpful when asked any questions about the hotel and surrounding area. Near to the historic old town area, sights-of-interest and restaurants were all within a short walking distance from the hotel. For those who prefer to start their day with a breakfest, the hotel buffet in the morning was excellent. this is an ideal place to stay for any holiday traveller.

Cute hotel
Beautiful hotel and our room had a beautiful view of the town. Friendly front desk staff. We weren't able to have breakfast because of our schedule, so I can't rate that.

I loved the room, but it was quite a way from train station; dragging luggage up hill. The staff wasn't available after 19:30, which I knew about in advance. We had an issue with the TV. which was a huge deal for my husband but we couldn't reach anyone to find out what we were doing wrong. We finally figured it out. As i said, room was exceptional and staff was very friendly.

Happy stay in Rudesheim!
Amazing hardworking staff! Diane was the best! Always ready to help with a smile. Excellent location for walking to everything. for a very small fee parking on site on a motorized car lift. (they were super accommodating in helping us get it in and out every day when we wanted to explore the area) Huge Bfast buffet with eggs, bacon and sausage, lots of meats and cheeses and fresh bread from neighborhood bakery! room was spacious and clean. strong WIFI.

Nice rooms- great location!
Had a great stay and certainly appreciated the free upgrade. Location is fabulous. 5 min walk to the river and main sites. Breakfast is plentiful- costs 9 euros pp. Suggestion: please offer still water at breakfast and for sale! Always feeling dehydrated in Germany.

Zum Baren is a Must in Rudesheim!
We had a delightful stay at Hotel Zum Baren. Our family room was air conditioned (great for us Americans), and featured a large bathroom with tub and shower head, as well as a refrigerator. Linens were quality, and we had a great view from our top-floor room as well. Location is fantastic - everything is within walking distance, including sights along the Rhine, shopping and restaurants. Would stay again!

hotel is conveniently located.
This was our second stay here and we would recommend the hotel to everyone. Staff is friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast plentiful. Location was convenient to restaurants and the Christmas market. We hope to return again another time.

Great location. 10-15 minute walk from train station. Walking distance to all restaurants and shops. Triple rooms were large with large bathrooms. Very nice, comfortable, modern decor. Innkeepers friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying at this hotel. We had a. Dry enjoyable stay

Great Night's Stay
Stayed here on the weekend. The hotel is in a nice quiet location accessible to several restaurants and shops. It's a short walk to the water. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was nice and comfy. The bathroom was nice as well with dual shower heads and plenty of space. Would definitely stay here again if I'm in the area. I recommend this hotel to my friends!!!

This was a great little hotel. The greeting I received upon arrival was really nice. The guy at the front desk was super nice! They were extremely helpful with any questions I had and we're able to supply parking in their 4 place garage (albeit my car was lifted in the air on an automated lift). Walking around Reudeshiem is very easy but there is nothing happening here in March. The room was excellent...very large and comfortable. The bathroom was great...Huge shower with very modern LED lighting. They even have beer in the vending machine!. Breakfast was excellent...top notch service!! If you're ever planning a visit to Reudeshiem I highly recommend this hotel!!

Decent value in Rudesheim
We stayed at this hotel for 1 night in July; the hotel is near the center of town, in a residential area. The room was large, somewhat dated, but comfortable and clean. Breakfast was not included, which we found odd based upon other hotels in Europe, but was good and $5 Euro each. Overall a decent value.
