It was a convenient place to stay.However when I asked for an extra pillow or towels they said they didn't hav any extra.

Brittany, you know why we checked you out because lots of traffic going back and forth from your room. we strictly follow the no-visitor policy. we have been watching our surveillance, onsite manager and front desk people gave input about ongoing visitors in room. sorry we refused to service you in the future even though Expedia sent you we have the right to refuse service you and Mr. Thomas.

Filthy place, homeless hanging around, people doing drugs on stairs, filthy room, stained sheets, no towels.

Checking and checking out were fine. The room needed an upgrade. Bed felt like a large futon bed. Only had 2 pillows on a king size bed. Shower definitely has a weird configuration.
