We stay uere regularly. Good breakfast, new tv, comfy beds. Only downer is stupid square lumpy pillows that all motels seem to have now

The front desk staff was very pleasant upon check-in. While the property was very conveniently located and we felt very safe, it lacked some basic ammenities that we could have used. For example, an iron and ironing board. It would have been nice to be able to iron our dress clothes that had been packed in suitcases. I inquired at the front desk to see if they perhaps had one that I could borrow and I was told that they didnt have one. I have never stayed at a hotel anywhere that did not have an iron you could use. I guess the old saying is true...You get what you pay for. We did get a good nights sleep and the continental breakfast was adequate.

Great price and great breakfast. Honestly the only reason they didn't get 5 stars across the board was because of the lumpy LUMPY pillows. What is it about motels now that think those square potato lumpy pillows are acceptable.

We did late checkin. It was fast and easy. Staff waa very friendly. Convient to stores and places to eat. Comfirtable beds. My only complaint, our bathroom wasn't too clean.

Room was not clean. Mould I. The microwave. Floor not vacuumed. Tray on the desk full of dust. Sheets were clean. Lady working in the mortar breakfast was lovely and very helpful.

My husband & I visited Trans-Allegheny Asylum and only stayed 1 night at this hotel but the property and room was very clean & the staff was friendly. Highly recommend!

Stinky
Very strong, funky mildew odor within the motel room. There was also a strong smell of cleaners or cheap fragrance to cover the odor. First night was bad, second night I checked out at 9:30 PM and drove back to Pittsburgh so I would not have to put up with the odor.

Would like to see more choices for breakfast. Some areas were dirty like huge cobwebs with nesting eggs. Super gross. Also heating and cooling unit is super old and outdated. Can’t set The temperature to a certain degrees. Need to get up at night to adjust. Also got a phone call in the middle of the night. Not sure why. Didn’t answer. Room was clean. People were nice.
