"The details were wrong. The building has been refashioned as a ski shop and is unrecognisable. The room next to mine was very noisy, leaving a crate of beer outside my room. They were so rowdy they set the fire alarm off at 4am. I paid the high pri e because I believed breakfast was included and that this accommodation was a chocolate box style chalet style Hotel. Instead I got a ski shop with rooms. Please arrange a 50% refund"

"Amazing find! My friend and I booked this place not knowing what to expect and we were delighted. Amazing, friendly service - the couple that own the hotel is so friendly and accomodating - you can tell they really care about their patrons. Included a delicious breakfast everyday, as well as a ticket to visit the daschtein glacier or use the other lifts. Clean, spacious room with an AMAZING view of the mountains. Would definitely 100% return and would recommend anyone check out this gem!"
