I liked the location and all things near the stay. The facilities was also nice quiet and clean. The issue lies in the fact the elevator was inoperable and only top floor rooms were offered. It had not been emailed out to future visitors to allow time to cancel reservation and change stays. My additional guest could hardly get up to room on top floor making it very unpleasant. Clear communication to guests would have been fair to all but I felt the hotel didn’t want to lose out on the money by allowing guests the opportunity to change reservations.

There is serious internal problem with shady characters staying at the hotel. I didn’t feel safe and would not take my family there. The management is the problem. If you don’t clean this up you will loose the hotel

The room was very musty smelling. They say these are non smoking rooms but this place really blew up my sinuses. I enjoyed saving money here but will have to look elsewhere when we come up next time.

The deadbolt was broken off our door. When I went to complain there was no front desk person after 10pm. I had to move my fridge in front of the door for safety. The toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and the shower head was barely hanging on. You could not attempt to move it. The pros are the beds were clean and the towels fluffy. But the rest was horrible.

Room was not as clean as it appeared to be upon arrival. Found hair everywhere from the bathroom to the inside of the refrigerator. Hotel was very noisy overall so it was hard to relax or sleep. On the plus side it conveniently located near the interstate with plenty of food and dining options nearby. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, I would not stay here again

It looked very nice and clean. The check in ladies where lovely! I personally don't like hotels in general because of germs. I bring my own towels and bedding to lay on top of the sheets provided. The lobby is overpowering with fragrance and I think I know why. There is a odor in the room. I didn't notice until I was out of the hotel. The cigarette smoke was not the problem . No, Not just in sheets carried that in pleasant odor! It seeped out of the bag I put the contaminated clothes in a scented trash bag and put that in the trunk. In less than 12 hours Everything in the trunk including shoes had to be washed and left outside to air out. Never had something smell so bad it tainted everything near it. Even suitcases of clean clothes had to be washed and vented. Yes even my purse, hair, makeup, the suit case itself! I couldn't eat nor sleep until I could no longer smell this odor. That was not a quick nor easy task. Only remedy was washing everything and I do mean everything repeatedly with baking soda, vinegar, and detergent.Venting car overnight. Praying never to catch a breeze in the area. I will never stay again. Wasn't worth it.

The front desk clerk that checked us in was very very very nice, professional and personable. However, our towels had bright red stains and brown stains on them. No staff on the property when we returned to obtain additional linen. Our bed linen, had several pieces of hair and possibly animal hair on one side (not too sure), but it was definitely hair on them. Our toilet did not flush all of the way, and again there was no staff there around 8am when we woke up to notify. This is not our first stay at this property, but it is likely our last.

I paid more for this room on EXPEIDIA than I would have at the hotel. This is a very cheap hotel. It’s suppose to be newer so I thought it would be really nice. The luggage carrier smelled like cat pee. It was pouring rain and they didn’t have anywhere to pull up to drop off luggage without getting wet. They don’t serve breakfast. They don’t have ice. The hair dryer didn’t work. They don’t have laundry bags. It was very noisy. A lot of stomping and running coming from the room above us. From late at night till early in the morning. I guess you get what you pay for.

Hard to get in door. the staff was argumentative when my card would not open the door and it was an inconvenience for him to open the door. The floor mat in bathroom had a small drop of what looked liked fresh blood when I pulled it out to put on floor. I smelled marijuana in the hall way when I was leaving to return home. Cheap hotel with a cheap price. Not worth it.

The only thing good about this stay was Teresa, the evening shift front desk clerk. At 2:00, we arrived and the clerk at that time was extremely rude. We expressed this to Teresa when she took over and she was very apologetic for co-workers attitude and rudeness. We got NO sleep, because you can hear every foot step, slam of door and conversation through the walls and floor. I will never stay here again when visiting West Monroe!

Absolutely no amenities. Worst shower. Bought Wi-Fi that did not work as advertised. Called desk for assistance. All they told me was that there was a card about the Wi-Fi in my room. NOT!!! Will never recommend or stay here again.

I left after one night. They’re refusing to refund me for the other two nights. Bugs crawling and loud noise could be heard all night
