Be prepared to get what you pay for. Bedding had cigarette holes. Bathroom was disgusting

Office attendant rude, rom was very dirty,had cigarette holes in linens crack heads all around our room. It was very unsafe and dirty. Not at all what was pictured.

Hair and insects in every corner of the room. I didn't stay and booked a room at the comfort in next door.
Please refund the stay. I showed the pictures of hair and insects to the staff they said to call them at the motel 6 in west Monroe

Had to literally scrub the shower and tub because it had Black film all over everything, blankets and sheets had old cigarette burns in them, the noise from the people outside kept us up most of the night.

This place is dirty I found hair all over the mattress hair in and on the toilet the water is light brown holes in every wall the bathroom had smutt all over the tub that was easily cleaned never going back

It smelled horrible one of the rooms was so bad one of the guests could not stay and slept in the car. When we asked to change the room they refused and would not refund it. It was the single worst place we’ve ever been

Some very scatchy people I think dealing drugs there and
a Homeless camp right by parking lot in the wooded area.

Asked for a downstairs room upon arrival and there weren't any available except the one the heat didn't work in. Gladly accepted that one---it was so nice to park right in front of the door and also be close to the lobby! Staff was super helpful!

They have some nice big beds I liked that.
But the shower had hair everywhere and the heater on the a/c unit didn't work went and ask for a different room was told I couldn't switch and was given a portable electric heater. I usually have a good experience with them but this time was a let down making me think twice about visiting them again!!!

I didn’t like the housekeeper knocking at my door literally trying to wake me up at 9am, so that she can finish cleaning early. That is very rude and unheard of.
