Great room size good bed strong shower guest laundry available. Poor room lighting especially in main area, broken chair and hot water took an age to arrive.

The room was old and dated and not clean. The outside of the property was filthy with rubbish lying around outside rooms. The air conditioning was so bad and we had to keep it on to try and cool the room a little - went out and came back home and someone had come into the room and turned the air con off! Not worth $160 a night that’s for sure!

The Two Rivers Motel is in a terrible condition. I have photos that show piles of accumulated rubbish from guests' rooms, crumbling concrete verandahs, a wreck of a pool, illegible safety signs. The toilet blocked, luckily on our last night. The bathroom sink was cracked and discoloured. Rubbish was not cleared, the room not serviced at all. The carpet was stained. The only good thing is the motel's location on a pretty lagoon. However, the proprietors cut down all the flowering native plants and told another guest, whose tv did not work and did not have cutlery, he was going to cut down the beautiful trees that shade the garden. Outside furniture was broken and unstable. We were not provided with any milk on arrival and the female receptionist insisted on taking my driver's license number, which i refused. This motel should not be operating until or if it is fixed and made suitable for paying guests. I intend to contact the Wentworth tourism authority about this place.

Unfortunately TV reception is very poor. Appears to not recieve strong signles in the morning ,apart from chan 10 but evenenings seemed to come good. Having stayed here many times before without such issues ,would strongly suggest an overhaul of their antenna setup. Room and other facilties were spot on . Staff were ok no issue in that department at all.

We were running late, so I called ahead to let the hotel know. Owner was very kind, and even though we ended up only 3 minutes behind, I very much appreciated her willingness to help us out after a long drive.

Lovely desert oasis
This was a perfect stopover in Wentworth - clean and comfortable with a pool that backed onto bushland with grazing kangaroos in the evening. Absolutely peaceful and the owners were kind enough to let us check out late so we could enjoy the pool again in the morning before heading off!

Exploring Darling Rivet
The hotel location is good and easy access to the two rivers . I felt disappointed because the cleaning work was not properly done . The previous guest’s bath towel was left hanging at the bathroom door . When I took the shower I noticed that the cleaner didn’t take away the used soap left by the previous guest . Apart from the above cleaning issues the hotel room met our requirement.

Great Place to Stay
The unit was big with a seperate bedroom and proper table and chairs to eat at. We were lucky to have the end unit which looked out over the garden and it was very quiet.

Two Rivers is a lovely little motel in Wentworth on the edge of town. Our room was comfortable and Barbara provided a great dinner suggestion - Crowne Hotel - and even picked us up afterwards!

Disappointing, except for continental breakfast
We booked a night here after our booking at a National Park lodge was cancelled because of the inaccessibility of the road during heavy rain. When I arrived, I enquired about the availability of the room for an extra night. The assistant told me he didn’t know about tariffs and would definitely ask the manager to contact us when she returned that afternoon. Upon entering our room, we discovered the electric kettle wasn’t working, so took it back to reception to be replaced. It was not. We went to a local cafe for a coffee instead. When we returned my husband asked again for a replacement kettle and this time received one. We were not contacted by the manager regarding our request to book another night, so booked a night in a nicer motel nearby. We have rarely seen reception staff so disinterested in their customers, As I don’t want to seem totally negative, the positive thing about our stay was that there was bread, milk, cereal and milk for our continental breakfast.

Friendly staff ready & willing to assist but some improvement needed with facilities. Fluorescent tube reading light In Bedroom was not working, bathroom light switch was not working and shower floor was slippery - safety rubber mat on floor required. Otherwise had a very pleasant stay. Doona supplied in addition to blankets was very warm and cosy while Bush setting of property was delightful.
