Awful experience. Would not recommend. No-one was at the property to let us in. No clear instructions when booking as to what to do if no-one there to check you in. Sign on door was in German so could not understand? Area didn't appear to be particularly safe either. Ended up staying at another property, a short drive away in Basel. Best decision for us.

Comfortable, clean and conveniently located.
We were greeted warmly and were quickly in our room. Everything was perfect. The room was quiet and very clean. The space was organized perfectly for two peoplle. Good storage. Comfortable beds. Windows could be open securely, and the fan provided kept us comfortable. We didn’t try the breakfast at the hotel, but it was affordable. Try the Oscar Baklava restaurant (cash only) nearby for fantastic Turkish food — we ate a very good and unique breakfast there. We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Victoria — conveniently located a block from the Hauptstrasse and the tram.

Camera semplice, comoda. Ho apprezzato che mi abbiano trovato una soluzione per il mio arrivo tardivo per via del traffico ma non fu facile: peccato in fatti che alla reception si parli solo ed esclusivamente tedesco... ne francese ne inglese ne italiano...
