Spacious (2) Bedroom's 1 Bedroom with King Bed, 1 Bedroom with Queen Bed, (1) Queen Sofa Sleeper in large Living Room. (1) Full Bath with shower. Just a couple stairs lead up to the deck and entrance door. Charcoal grill, bring your own charcoal. Well appointed kitchen with cookware, dishes, coffee cups, glasses, silverware, drip coffee maker with coffee filters, paper towel, napkins. Bring your Kayak or boat. Electric Fire Place. Plenty of parking for truck and trailer. Snowmobile, biking, trail in front of home that leads into Washburn, WI. (3) Flat Screen Smart ROKU TV's. Bring your log in and password for Netflix & Prime.
Enjoy the lake side deck on this well kept and appointed home. Located just 2 miles south of Washburn, Wisconsin & 14 miles south of Bayfield, Wisconsin on beautiful Lake Superior. Snowmobile trail, Cross Country and Walking trail just across frontage road in front of home. This trail leads into Downtown Washburn.
