The pool area and arcade was definitely a hot spot for us! The kids and I could of stayed down there the whole time! The pool is heated also which is definitely a game changer! Everything about this hotel was amazing! We will definitely be back!

-Bed was comfortable. Room was reasonably clean. Unfortunately: -No hand soap in the entire hotel. -Room was out of toiletries. -Pool and hot tub appear to be semi-permanently closed. -No cold water in the sink in our room - we had to get drinking water from the bathtub faucet. -Keys kept being deprogrammed. We are generally easy to please, but felt compelled to write to the corporate office about the state of this property. I would not stay here again. The front desk staff was great and as helpful as they could be given the circumstances.

This hotel needs a complete overhaul. Staff were great but the pool area was freezing, although the water was warm, and they tried to heat with electric heaters. That did not seem safe. Our room had a funky smell right when you walked in. The jacuzzi in our room looked awful. The bottom needs repainted or something. Definitely not the way it was last time I stayed here.

Hot tub was broken all weekend along with no towels for the pool all weekend and limited towels for room. It was my family of four which was booked as four and could not provide enough towels for us.

We got there and were told the hot tub was not working. When I asked if it would be fixed, they said nothing, then I asked how long it had been broken and they said over a month. Our bathtube would not drain in our room. The toilet had a hard time flushing and the remote to the TV hardley worked. The bed frames were supposed to be for 2 queen size beds, but full mattresses were on them. My son and I had been so excited about going back to the Wyndham after having many special memories in the pool and hot tube, arcade. We were very disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We were supposed to stay 2 days and decided to check out a day early and go home.

None of the vending machines on any floor have any drinks in them. Mentioned this to the front desk and the gentleman mentioned they hadn’t been filled for some time. Would have been nice to know ahead of time. Lounge and restaurant area was closed, but website says it’s open. Parking lot was icy and had not been tended to very well. Seems like a nice building from the outside, but needs some upgrades. Pictures on website are a bit deceiving.

We booked here specifically for the hot tub and pool. The water temperature in the pool was very cold and the hot tub was even colder. Temperatures did improve over night. Our room TV was not working so we moved to another room where the TV worked but internet didn't.

Could use improvement but over nice
The hotel is very nice but upon checkin we were told the ot tub was not working...main reason we stayed at this otel so we were very disappointed to say the least. Beds were comfortable but they had full size matresses on a queen frame so it looked akward and we bumped into them several times...had to adjust the mattresses. Other than that the room was updated and very clean.

Fire alarm kept going off when takeing shower ,and some wierd guy kept knocking on our door in the middle of the night one night and covering the peephole and when asked who it was he left

There were old bed rails in the parking lot, old mattress's stored offf to the side of the building. The room was ok, but bathroom was less than desirable. I have stayed here before and the rooms on upper floor were nicer than 1st floor. Hot Tub was out of service.

The hotel supposedly has an indoor pool and a hot spa. The pool water was dirty, the hot spa non-working. It has a room with arcade games, a few broken, some would take the tokens but not start. None of the wending machines on the corridors worked. The hotel restaurant served frozen food that was heated, not tasty. The shower head in the room would not work properly, the faucet was spraying water all over, instead.

Its an older facility but in many aspects beautifully done, especially the pool location. Staff was very polite. Believe they just got new beds and pillows and will say amazingly comfortable.

We have been here before. People were friendly. Little disappointed with the pillow cases and top sheet had some stains. They look like they have been on there awhile. Good location easy access off route30. I would stay again.

I had booked this hotel, had a confirmation, and come to find out on the night that I was to arrive, it was canceled. To be sure we would have a room, knowing that we might not check in until after midnight, I stopped to check in around 2 pm I was told that we could not check in until 3 pm. I gave them my name, so he knew I still needed the room. I missed a call at 9:11 pm (left an unintelligible VM) and when I called back, I was told my room was no longer available. I called the Wyndham Garden back and asked if he had rooms available and he said NO. Again, I aired my frustration with the fact that our reservation was no longer available and how can you just CANCEL a confirmed reservation and think that by leaving me a 13 second unintelligible voicemail to be acceptable (at 9:13 pm) on the night of my reservation. So, he then proceeds to say to me, well, I do have a room that is an upgrade that you can stay in if you would like. But, I was not to tell anyone. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? Would I stay at this hotel now? I would rather drive the 6 hours home in the middle of the night than stay here.

Front staff couldn't turn the music down. It was hearable in the room. Staff was not given access or trained on dealing with online orders. They had problems with other guests. (We talked ) Smelled clean. Rooms were well done but felt off. Like the art and sections were peice mailed together. Yes safe. Yes clean. AC worked No dust. New beds (they just upgraded)
