Not the motel it’s wotif they take your money then when you need to cancel they make it hard to get your money back or don’t recognise your email so you can’t get money back when you cancel in the time slot they give you please go directly to your accommodation number and book through the actual place you are staying

The room was fine but there was mold around the shower screens that would have been an easy clean. Also we had a spa that didn't work. Otherwise the place was fine. The room had a lot of space

unfortunately we have been unable to remove the mould and was hoping to get a new shower door but it appears to be non-standard

The property is old but adequate for what we needed over the weekend. It ended up being quieter overnight than expected and the bed was comfortable

Great value motel on edge of city
Friendly fast check in. An older motel but clean, neat and comfortable. bed comfortable, room also has some crockery &cutlery a microwave oven along with usual toaster and kettle. would stay here again

Room stunk of cigarettes, the bed also smelled of it really bad. When you turn heater on it filled the room with more smoke smell. it’s was a dated room but had everything you could need for a short stay, sheets had been clean and tidy.

Nice clean rooms, lovely staff. Extremely helpful and gave us some excellent pointers re. places to eat and attractions to see. Car park severely potholed (hopefully will repair if business remains good!).

We hadn't been to Warrnambool in 18 years and thought we'd revisit after so long. The gentleman who checked us in was very lovely and accomodating, very knowledgeable of the area and gave great tourist suggestions, but that is where the positivity ends. Unfortunately for us, our stay did not live up to expectations. While the website shows photos of "refreshed" rooms, this wasn't the case. Upon opening the front door we were taken straight back to 70s; the room smelt musty, the carpet was torn and freying, the shower/bath had significant black mould, there were 2 holes in the wall and the tiles were chipped, the bathroom sink/vanity is also the kitchen sink, the walls had a thick dust layer (which isn't good as I'm asthmatic), the bed was super hard and we had springs poking through, and the cabinetry needed replacing. There was no Foxtel as advertised on the front billboard, and the gardens had weeds taller than both of us. And while you can't choose who else stays at the motel, we had a family in each room either side of us who would stand at their front doors and yell across to each other late at night. When considering what we have paid at other lodgings, this place was well overpriced for the quality of the room provided, and we won't be returning.

You get what you pay for
Although the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean I was glad I stayed 1 night. The shower would not stay up so, I had to turn the shower head up to be able to have a shower. Some general maintenance on the room would make the stay more enjoyable.
