Our room looked nothing like the one we booked on the internet despite paying for the upgrade. Sheets were so starchy that any time someone rolled over, the noise woke the whole room. We accept the motel is on a highway but the windows were so thin that we were kept awake by the traffic. The bathroom floor was dirty - hair and dust around the skirting - and the floor was extremely slippery even when not wet.

Unfortunately propriety needs a thorough spring clean - very dusty and dirty behind beds.
Ant infestation in one bedroom - hosts did not seem too worried when we advised them. Said they would get a pest guy in

Room was perfect. Problem with TV solved within ten minutes of reporting.
View unfortunately overlooked neighbouring properties which resulted in closing blinds for privacy reasons (both me & neighbour)
Overall, I would come back again :)
The property is well maintained clean & friendly BUT
very disappointed with no television reception when we did get it it just dropped out & froze & msg stating “a problem with weak wifi connection “
We made manager aware of this but he was very busy 🤔

I have stayed in various types of accomodation right across Australia as well as many overseas countries. All of them fall on a bell shaped curve, with a majority in the middle. That is, they are very good, with some being outliers; these being excellent to not so good. The propriety I have just stayed at was the later.
The room was neat and clean, with all basic requirements. The bed was comfortable. Need a better hot water service though as there was no hot water to have a shower when a number of the units were occupied. Lots of hot water when only two units occupied.
Very clean, beds very comfortable, staff very helpful, would thoroughly recommend staying here.

Decor was a bit dated. The beds were very comfortable. Great having a mini bar. Loved that there was 2 min noodles in the room.
Shower was a bit iffy....kept goong cold.
