Very dated. These places that state free breakfast, does not serve breakfast. Coffee-yes. Juice, toast, frozen bagels, and dry cereal. This is not breakfast for the majority. Our bed sat on a metal platform which was lose or broken and made banging noises everytime one of us rolled over. We didnt sleep at all.

This was our second stay at this location. It is clean, quiet, and conveniently located to restaurants, gas stations and highway access. It is also reasonably priced.

The room was very dated and needs updating. The lighting was poor, not enough outlets for electronics. In fact, the entire outlet near the sink area was broken. I would never go to a Quality Inn again.

The person at the desk was hard to understand. When checking out ,person could have been more friendly. The tv didn’t work no signal.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Remember, this is a budget hotel. It has had some recent spiffing up. It looks like it has received new beds, linens, paint and decor within the past few years. The cleanliness was not great, but neither was it disgusting. Surfaces in the room and in the dining area especially could’ve been wiped down more often. Windows should have been cleaned more often. This is our second year staying here overnight. The first year was good, this year was mid. We likely won’t stay again just because upkeep wasn’t great.

Old bath tub shower, curtains in room dirty and stained, stains on wall, bottom base boards mostly missing around walls, holes in walls where pictures where hung. Wasn’t a good quality room. Possibly some drug dealing on back side where my room was with work trucks staying there.

Very disappointed in this motel. “Quality” was definitely left out of the name……cracked paint, rusty fixtures, 1 roll of tp and 1 bar of soap, the bed sounded like it was going to fall apart when you sat on it and someone shortsheeted it. Breakfast was cold cereal or a waffle. On the plus side the staff was very friendly. We won’t be staying here again.

We arrived late at night, very tired. We had booked a room on Expedia while driving a long distance that day and were happy to arrive at the hotel. The gentleman who checked us in was friendly and that process was easy. However, when we got to our assigned room and opened the door, someone was already inside! Needless to say, they were VERY unhappy about that and so were we. The next room we were assigned was thankfully unoccupied but the experience made us wary and we had trouble falling asleep. The room was clean but very basic and the toilet had to be flushed repeatedly to empty. Net net, we will not stay at this property again even though the rates were good relative to nearby hotels with similar ratings.

The place looked poorly run and despite choosing a smoke-free room it stank of smoke, The attendant's only solution was to give me an almost empty can of aerosol spray.

Dear Johanna, We did not have a first floor room because you never informed us you wanted one. We go above and beyond for our guest but we didn't have a first floor room. There is nothing big wrong with the room you were in. Please write an honest review .

I asked for a non smoking room and was given a room that smelled like old stenchy smoke. I am asthmatic and had to sleep in the car, while my husband and daughter slept in the room. I went to ask for a solution at the office and the lady said that they can’t control what people do in the room. I was too tired to argue. They can disinfect, air out and clean the rooms at least. Will not stay there again.

Thank you for your feedback, all our mattresses are new and we just had pest control check the room and no bed bugs were found. It seems you need to check the place before you stayed with us. As a precaution we close the room down just to make sure you didn't infect our rooms with them for a few days.
