Dear Guest, unfortunatley during the Corona Lockdown since begining of November our hotel is closed and only open for buisness trip. You arrived during our austrian lock down and it was a pleausre to gove you also a room for your stay. We are very sorry that your room was smelly. And also sorry that you did not come to see us so we can give you another room. We clean our room with special desifektion to avoid the corona virus and make a stay for guest even possible during this time. Its also hard to hear that this is the worst place. As all our staff are most friendly, the hotel and all the belongs to it is very clean and make it even possible to give a service for you. We wish you all the best and sending kind regards.

Regarding the air conditioning - our hotel is equipped wit a modern air-cooling system that is installed in the ceiling and therefore you cannot sind any a/c devices on the walls.
