"This resort is incredibly maintained and the staff is so courteous! The soft sand at the beach is a nice change of pace from the lava rock “sand” at other beaches on the Big Island. Fresh water dispensers are located throughout the resort- thank you!! The food is great at each restaurant. Recommendations: Could benefit from an additional hot tub!"

"We stayed three weeks and wish it was three years! Very nice accomodations. The outdoor built-in grill on the lanai was wonderful, and in general this stay brings back memories of our "happy place". Put a stay here on your bucket list, it's great!"

"We loved staying here and we will be back. It was private. The AC works great for the hot afternoons. The bed is comfortable. Lots of ice and 2 Britta filtered water canisters so no need to buy bottled water. I especially loved all the birds, pigs, cats and chickens that rome the street."
