"The resort was clean and very well maintained. Overall, we were happy with the entire trip. The one fairly large drawback is having no service for the pools. No one takes orders or brings anything around the pools if you want food or drinks you need to make your way over to the restaurant. And after 4:30 PM in pool bar, all water slides, towel stands would close. Leaving no towels, food, drinks, or any service. This is a very large drawback for a resort style vacation."

"This, our second time staying at this resort, was even better than the first, mostly due to the outstanding hospitality across every staff person we encountered during our stay. Exceptional service consistently, from the valet team to the breakfast servers and beach shack attendants etc. The food, including the breakfast buffet and beach bar should also get top marks. With rising costs of vacations, these are the things that make a difference and deliver value for dollar."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Wailea Beach Villas. We had a multi-generational trip and everyone had plenty of space to themselves and also to gather together. The unit is equipped with everything you need for the kitchen, beach visits, and relaxation. The location cannot be beat, with easy beach access, shopping and grocery/food options. Linda was very communicative and responsive, and even offered us an early check in when we mentioned we had landed early. This will be a trip we always remember!"
