Staff very friendly. Rooms were extremely clean. Amenities were limited. No elevator to second floor. Roku TV’s with no way to stream to TV. Property just needs to be modernized a bit.

We were there for my sons wedding, I rented 5 rooms for 2 nights, they would not refresh the Honey moon suite for the bride and groom, the breakfast was terrible, ran out of waffle mix at the height of the wedding guests having breakfast and would not refill for us. Overall staff was very rude. We had gift bags for the guest and only 1/2 were given out, i went to get the remaining bags and was told they gave them to the staff. I paid almost $1300.00 for our rooms not to mention the other wedding guest at you hotel. Very dissapointed with EVERYTHING poor quality hotel for price.

The hotel was fine for our overnight stay, but certainly not a $188.00/night hotel. It is showing its age and not clean and updated enough to be more than $129.00/night stay. Staff were friendly enough, but I wouldn't say cheerful or caring whether our stay was enjoyable or not. Breakfast was good and the area was clean and cozy.

Nice stay
The hotel was clean and pleasant. My only complaint was the desk clerk was a bit condescending in the handling of my accidental double booking.

Our family had a good share of the hotel rented and the staff let us gather in the lobby well into the night (or am) for visiting. They were very accommodating!

We spent two nights at the Americinn for our daughters wedding. The staff at the hotel was amazing and went above and beyond to be helpful and were so friendly with our entire group. Thank you…..well done.

The stay was wonderful and staff was exceptional! We came in later at night around 10 with a 6 year old - the pool would be closed for him. He was so upset she said we could go in for a little while since no one was in there. It made his night!

I am kind of puzzle on this statement! Our public restroom is located in our pool area. If you had a guest key or you could of ask at our front desk to supply you with a key to have access to our public restroom. Sorry about the inconvenience.
