An excellent condition hotel! We really enjoyed it. Though the walls soundproof can be better. We were able to use a heater as the weather wasn't that warm, so it was an added bonus, as some hotels have only on and off for their AC. It was a great stay at the price we paid.

Though I appreciate them switching the room I would have rather been compensated. Arriving late night after a long flight to find a condom wrapper and blood on your pillow is not only disgusting but frightening. I mentally had to put myself in another place because even though the replacement room looked clean I felt so uncomfortable.

Staff and service were great! Room was clean and had everything we needed. Neighbouring rooms got a little noisy in the wee hours but settled down.

Staff is terrible Bathroom shampoo is empty Told the receptionist needed to extend for one more day when I was checking in he said I cannot!!! I have to make another reservation!!! So I had to make another reservation at a different hotel I do not recommend this hotel with this kind of service to anyone.

This hotel was nice, everyone was nice. There was a cheer competition and a dance show going on so the hotel was full. Clean rooms and the beds were so comfy I didn't want to get up. Breakfast was good

Pros-Good breakfast, warm pool, clean hotel, fast check in / checkout Cons- house keeping didn’t leave same amount clean towels after cleaning the room, they vacuumed the room and unplugged the refrigerator outlet but didn’t plug it back so all the baby food and milk i had in there went bad, front desk need to be more friendly

I was charged 4 times by Expedia. Still waiting to hear what is going on. Then the hotel had to charge me once because they couldn’t get a hold of Expedia, in which they said it was a diff co name, not Expedia and couldn’t get payment from them. So I was charged a total of five times dealing with this company!

I grew up in the area so I knew exactly where this hotel was. It was easy to drive to everything we needed. The hotel staff was super friendly and even provided us with 4 toothbrushes after we forgot to pack them. My only complete that cost a star was the bed comfort. The mattress just felt old and I could feel the springs through it.
