We were disappointed the restaurant was it open but the staff were very helpful in finding us somewhere to eat. The breakfast was wonderful. Lovely location with generous size. Would highly recommend

Tout était 👌au niveau de la propreté, de la gentillesse du personnel, du petit-déjeûner et du cadre autour de l'hôtel. Il manque un bar, un espace convivial (boire un verre et jouer aux cartes ou autre) et dommage que personne ne parle le français alors que la frontière est toute proche

Meget charmerende hotel med top service
Efter julemarked i Colmar skulle vi overnatte inden rejsen hjem, og vi ankom ca. 18.00 og fik en uovertruffen god service da alt var optaget i restaurant og chalet, men vi fik plads ved baren og fik en super betjening. Hotellet er typisk sydtysk og meget charmerende.

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel
Accueil chaleureux. Personnel disponible et à l'écoute. Restaurant et petits déjeuners très correct s. Chambres spacieuses et très propres. Des efforts pour le français mais il faut parler anglais ou bien évidemment allemand. Merci !

Sehr schöne mitten in den Weinbergen gelegenes Hotel mit wunderschönen Blicken auf die Weinberge und nach Frankreich. Überaus freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal mit guten Tipps für die Umgebung. Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Eine wunderschöne große Terrasse des Hotels mit angelegten Garten, das zum Genießen und Erholen einlädt.

C'est un bel hôtel, très belle vue. Chambre, literie, salle d'eau très bien, confortable, propre. Ce qui a été compliqué, c'est le fait que le personnel ne parle pas français, c'était très difficile de se faire comprendre. Je trouve cela vraiment dommage car c'est un hôtel très près de la frontière française et donc je pense qu'il doit y avoir des clients français. Sinon, c'était très bien, le petit déjeuner copieux, mais plus de viennoiseries quand on est arrivé pourtant pas tard. À recommander pour la vue, le confort et le personnel gentil malgré les difficultés pour se comprendre.
