"the hotel over booked the hotel so I showed up after driving 15 hours to not have both rooms I booked. Checking took a tad over 40 mins to tell me after she checked in one room that they did not have a second. Then refused to refund all money since they checked me into one of the 2 rooms on my reservation! Totally unacceptable from both parties!"
