Lovely apartment in old town Vieste
The property was perfect for our stay in Viesta. It is well situated in the old town section, and close to many shops and restaurants. The space is well kept with a small living area. The upstairs bedroom is spacious with a very comfortable queen size bed and a smaller bedroom with bunk beds. The bathroom, which is fine, is on the lower floor so that was a slight inconvenience. The roof terrace is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal Maria, who greeted us when we arrived,. was very helpful and friendly. She speaks Italian and German. We did not do any cooking but the kitchen appeared to be adequately stocked. You cannot drive in the old town section so you will have to carry your luggage about 100 meters from the street and up a flight of steps. The closes free parking is down at the port which is about a ten minute walk. We would highly recommend this apartment as long as you don't mind walking

Casa Jimi Vieste
This property is in a fantastic location right in the heart of the historic centre. It is within easy reach of all the amenities you will need on your holiday. It was very clean and well equipped. The roof terrace is a great bonus for evening drinks and BBQs. Daniel and Sandra were great hosts and very comunicative and helpful, both before and during our stay. They organised parking for us at the port which was a big help and were on hand with lots of restaurant recommendations which were useful to know. We loved our stay in beautiful Vieste and would recommend Casa Jimi.

Wunderschönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alles war vorhanden, was man für ein paar Tage braucht; die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Es sind nur ein paar Schritte zu einem guten Restaurant. Die Altstadt hat viel Atmosphäre.

Un appartement idéalement placé au centre de Vieste
Cet appartement sur 3 niveaux est un parfait pied à terre pour découvrir Vieste et ses environs L'appartement est très fonctionnel, bien équipé et bénéficie d'une terrasse de toi qui permets de profiter du soleil. Il est au centre de la vieille ville, dans une rue calme.

Tolles Ferienappartment mitten in der Altstadt von Vieste
Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Vieste. Das Appartment ist mitten in der Altstadt. Zum Be-/Endladen kann man fast direkt zur Wohnung fahren. Ansonsten kann man am Hafen parken (ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß/ Kosten € 10,- pro Tag). Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war perfekt. Wie im Inserat beschrieben, gibt es in der Wohnung mehrere (steile) Stufen. Für ältere Menschen mit Gehbehinderung bzw. Familien mit sehr kleinen Kindern ist die Wohnung daher wohl eher nicht geeignet. Insgesamt von uns 5 Sterne. Wirklich einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag: Wie in den meisten italienischen Wohnungen gibt es keinen Staubsauger. Ich fände den halt ungemein praktisch - gerade wenn man oft zum Schwimmen an den Sandstrand geht.

Dream place
Everything was perfect: the situation in Vieste (in the heart of the old city), the appartment and its wonderful rooftop (for breakfasts and dinners 😍). Daniel and Sonia are very helpful and very nice. A real 5/5 !!!

Belliassima Vieste
Vieste da sola merita la vacanza, paese splendido e molto vivo, spiagge ampie, belle e vicine. La casa è nel centro, a meno di 1 minuto a piedi da Piazza Vittorio Emanuele. Attrezzatissima. Aria condizionata nuova ed in ogni stanza.

La casa è situata nel.cuore di Vieste, è praticamente nuova e tenuta benissimo! C'è l'aria condizionata e la lavatrice! Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene la consiglio senza alcun dubbio!

Beautiful house in the middle of the old town. Very clean and well kept! We had a great time, comfortable beds, air conditioning in all rooms, washing machine and dishwasher, terrace / penthouse on the top floor (with grill ) where we spent wonderful evenings. Shortly, everything was there! The various beaches can be reached in a few minutes, walking across the beautiful alleys of the center. The owners are very kind and pleasant. I strongly recommend Casa Jimi!

Stadtwohnung mit super Blick von der Dachterasse
Sehr schöne Stadtwohnung im alten Teil von Vieste. Die Lage war super, die Wohnung sauber und es war alles da, was man benötigt. Die Wohnung hat 2 Treppen und man muss ein bisschen vorsichtig mit dem Kopf sein, da die Decke über den Treppen nicht so hoch ist. Die Kommunikation mit Sandra war perfekt und Maria, die uns bei der Ankunft in Empfang genommen hat war sehr nett. Der Blick von der Dachterasse war traumhaft. Parkmöglichkeiten sind nicht ganz so gut, aber wir haben einen guten Dauerparkplatz am Hafen für unser Auto gefunden. Alles in allem eine super Unterkunft

Tranquillo appartamento in pieno centro storico
Bella casa ristrutturata con gusto. Molto apprezzato il terrazzo dove cenare con vista Duomo e Faro. Per un confort totale sarebbe auspicabile dotare il terrazzo, posto due piani sopra la cucina, di un mobiletto dove poter riporre l'occorrente per consumare i pasti e migliorare alcuni semplici dettagli del bagno. Molto consigliata per una bella e comoda vacanza a Vieste

In pieno centro storico
Appartamento ristrutturato molto bene, le uniche cose negative sono la mancanza del wi-fi e il cellulare non prende ( bisogna salire sulla terrazza o scendere in piazza) . La posizione è molto comoda perché si è in centro storico ma nonostante ciò non si sente la confusione .Ovviamente essendo in pieno centro l'appartamento non ha il parcheggio incluso,per questo bisogna ricorrere nei parcheggi a pagamento.. Nel complesso il soggiorno risulta molto piacevole.

Una settimana a Vieste
L'appartamento a Vieste era ciò che cercavo: in centro, in un vecchio vicolo sotto la Cattedrale, con vista mare dal terrazzo, silenzioso, ma comodo, per evitare di spostarmi la sera con l'auto. Abbiamo "sofferto" un pochino il caldo del periodo, soprattutto io che dormivo nel letto a castello in alto..( non tenendo l'aria condizionata accesa la notte)..abbiamo apprezzato molto la terrazza sopra, la sera a cena in particolar modo..la distribuzione dei locali su più livelli non agevola chi preferisce tutto su un piano, ma per 6 notti ci siamo ben adattati..direi consigliabile per chi ha buone gambe..come del resto vale per tutta la cittadina, splendida, in un saliscendi di strade, vicoli e scalinate..

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in der Altstadt von Vieste
Die Wohnung bietet eine tolle Lage mitten in der Altstadt von Vieste. Leckere Frühstückscafés, ein Supermarkt sowie auch der Markt mit lokalen Produkten können so fußläufig erreicht werden. Das Highlight der Wohnung ist die Dachterasse auf der man Abends seinen Aperitif einnehmen kann, oder sie morgens für eine kleine Sporteinheit nutzen kann. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Location carinissima in pieno centro
Casa su più livelli appena ristrutturata, molto carina e ben organizzata. Purtroppo non abbiamo avuto occasione di sfruttare la bella terrazza sul tetto. Host molto gentili e disponibili. L’alloggio si trova in pieno centro storico, nei vicoli, ma a un minuto dalla piazza dove si possono lasciare i bagagli con la macchina. Dopodiché si può lasciare l”auto al comodo posteggio di Gino al porto a 10€ al giorno. Torneremo molto volentieri!

L’appartamento si trova nel cuore della bellissima Vieste con i pro e contro di essere nel centro storico, quindi non sempre facilmente accessibile ma con tutto il fascino del luogo circostante. Si raggiunge percorrendo uno dei tanti affascinanti vicoli in salita ed ha un balconcino sul vicolo stesso oltre ad un grande terrazzo sopra il tetto che può essere sfruttato nelle ore serali per mangiare all’aperto. Abbiamo trovato di molta utilità la presenza dei condizionatori, in una settimana di caldo torrido. Il soggiorno/ cucina, risulta fresco anche senza dover accendere l’aria condizionata; proprio per la posizione che occupa, la zona giorno risulta poco luminosa, caratteristica comune a tutte le case che si trovano nel centro storico. È comunque molto funzionale e ben attrezzata. I padroni di casa che non si trovavano in loco, sono stati molto premurosi anche comunicandoci tempestivamente le nuove ordinanze locali in materia di Covid. Sul posto in ogni caso, c’è una persona di riferimento che ci ha accolto fornendoci le informazioni di cui avevamo bisogno.

Bellissimo soggiorno
L'appartamento oltre ad essere in una posizione perfetta era munito di tutto il necessario. Il terrazzo é stata veramente la chicca finale per gustare le nostre cene con vista faro. Super consigliato!
