The property is on the outskirts of Vientiane, surrounded by unfinished, unpretentious building sites, and faces a busy road that runs along the Mekong River. The hotel has a decent-sized swimming pool,(slippery floor when wet!) Terrace bar-restaurant on the top floor, unfortunately, we were unable to use it because of the heatwave. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to the town. Hotel food average. Vientiane is not worth a visit! Nothing there. Save your 40$ visa!!

Definitely one of my best hotel experiences in quite some time. The quality lf the staff and facilities is one of the best in the world. Easily a 5 star rated hotel. If youre looking for a luxury hotel that is both quiet at night and away from any noise, this the one. The river view is amazing. The breakfast was above and beyond most places i have been to as well and will seeve traditional Laos style soup.

Property was nice, right across street from Mekong. Staff, especially in Silk Road restaurant was very professional and attentive. I got room on 8th floor directly below speakers of 360 restaurant and bar, and on some evenings it was very loud. All other nights I heard and felt the vibrations of the bass from the music. This was NOT ideal, but since I did not complain to reception and ask for another room, it's my bet. Having been at the Bangkok Eastin before, I just expected a bit more (of amenities, etc) luxury. Breakfast was consistently good every morning

The property itself is very nice and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. As far as the surrounding area is very nice, just the close proximity is not as clean like the western world, but clean enough. The service is excellent, United States has nothing to compare considering they don’t get compensated like getting tips and the pay is very low.

The property itself is very nice and clean. Staff are very helpful from entering into leaving. About the surrounding areas, it’s expected to be dirty if compared to the western world. However, the location is very nice, less crowded than anywhere else. I would return to it, if I go back.

Nice hotel but far from the center of twon
Very nice hotel with well appointed and clean rooms, comfortable bedding, nice pool with a view and good breakfast. The location is a long walk from the center of town, restaurants and action. Service is very attentive and effective.

Good breakfast and food at the restaurant, staff all very friendly (although reception staff sometimes much less so particularly on check out). Good gym. Overall good value for the price.

Overall place was nice if you were in their updated rooms. We were in a suite and it was really nice. We stayed earlier in their basic room and it was too small and smelt weird and had a stain on the sheets. Only down side is that the shower water isn’t hot, it’s like warm. Other than that place was nice!

Nice and modern hotel, but the area around it is still developing. We went to the rooftop bar and the service was very poor even though we were the only people there. The restaurant at the ground floor is very expensive for what it is, some of the prices were almost 3 times higher than the prices on google review from a few months before we went. The pool only has 4 sun loungers and you won't be able to get sun all day. The location is only convenient for being close to the airport, but the hotel charges an extortionate amount to take you to the airport for a 20 minute journey.

This is a very nice property. The only down side is that it is located a good distance from everything. Easy to handle if you use LOCA (ride share app).

All the staff here are very welcoming and friendly. Thank God for air conditioning in my room because it is so hot and humid outside. Maybe because this is Laos that they do not turn on the air conditioning throughout the building. Hallways are very hot. What I loved most are the morning breakfast. Lots of variety. My room has two twin bed. Very comfortable. The shower kept leaking water outside but I’m still very comfortable. Staff keeps this hotel very clean.

The hotel is right on the river, beautiful veiw from the roof top bar. We had dinner on the rooftop and it was great. The suite was great. The staff are very friendly and helpful

A new hotel, not too close to anything except some nice riverside barbecues. No bikes, no tuk tuks. Still fine. Nice little gym and pool. Friendly staff. Comfortable rooms, great showers. Quiet at night. The dumbest thing is the wifi. Idiotic firewall or something. Makes it impossible to access common sites. Perhaps they will figure this out.

New hotel close to the river. Great bar and good prices for food abs drinks, perfect sunset, every the VIP area even though empty, they wanted $150 to sit up there. Rooms were good, breakfast was very acceptable.

Very nice hotel, the hotel itself looks very new, we booked 4 rooms and all the rooms setting are similar, but very nice, the location is a must; right next to the Mekong river and walking distance to the night market and a seafood BBQ buffet. We spent a few nights in Vientaine but their hotel couldn’t accommodate us since we needed 4 rooms ( the hotel was filled) so we were only able to book for one night on our last night, really wish we could have spent more nights here. We didn’t even have time to enjoy their swimming pool and rooftop bar, definitely will stay at this hotel next time we come back to Vientaine.

Rapid response hotel
We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. There were a few niggling issues but the staff listened. The hotel manager sprung into action to resolve or explain the issues. She organised a complimentary transport to the airport on our final day.
